I find Cooleaf fun to use as an employee. It's fairly lighthearted and easy to engage with, and it helps me learn more about my colleagues and their interests. It's pretty seamlessly integrated into my workday, as it only takes a couple minutes a week to engage with the various prompts and reading my coworkers responses is always fun. I think being able to recognize other coworkers and get recognition is one of the most beneficial parts of using Cooleaf as well, as it creates a great sense of community and I get to learn about how people help each other across the company in ways that I normally wouldn't be exposed to.
