I have used other "kudos" type systems and it always feel fake and pointless. My favorite thing is on my birthday when I get points, it's like my company is buying me a birthday present, I think it definitely helps employees feel valued, and it alsogives managers an easy to use tool to recognize and reward hardworking team members. **What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group?** The only thing that I do not like about coolleaf, is not being able to freely give out points as an individual contirbutor.
