I find it clunky, when compared to other websites that I've used before. It takes two clicks to get on, not just one, the choices of how you recognize employees seems limited. I'd like to see a category such as "went out of their way to help someone", "surprise favor", "above and beyond", etc. to recognize an employee's contribution. **What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel that I'm getting to know employees, whom I meet infrequently, better by seeing their favorite movies, etc. ### 3.
