It also gives me the oppurtunity to recognize others for their hard work easier to implement oru ideas and suggestions. They might use it if it were right in front of their face, but if the program isn't opened up, it's easy to forget about it. All around a great app experience. I don't know how easy the implementation/integration was, but it was well done by the team that did it. I have never had to use customer support because it just works! **What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group?** There is a small issue with the two-factor authentication on the phone version of the app. When I switch to my Google authenticator app it resets the login. So I can't type in the authentication code unless I memorize the code, go to the app and do the full login process, and enter the code before it expires. This is the only issue I have encountered but it's a pretty easy workaround. **What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working from home can be a bit isolating sometimes. This addresses that problem by incentivizing employees to interact with each other outside of the context of work. ### 43.
