I've noticed how much more cheerful everyone I've worked with has been. I think this has excited many of my coworkers, which has a ripple effect onto others. The rewards are valuable and very cool, the activities are a blast and super engaging! Whenever fun events pop up, I tell my whole department about them so everyone can jump in. I think they also make for great "getting to know you" discussions which is a huge boon in our remote work environment. **What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group?** It's difficult to track the recognitions I've given to my coworkers. I've not been able to find a way to do this. I've had to manually check every coworker's profile. Since I'm forgetful, I like to make sure I Recognized a coworker and didn't forget to - or end up double posting. **What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've felt like some inter-department relationships can be strained at times. With praise and recognition paired with valuable rewards, I've felt that people are more incentivized to treat one another with a little bit more patience! Frankly, I like it more than Facebook. Its design is seamless and very easy to use. The idea of getting rewarded for recognizing others is great because it trains your brain to be more positive in general. It's also wonderful to be able to share with an entire company when you're really thankful for an individual, and it's out there for the whole company to view. I would like the ability to review all the recognitions I have sent out so I can keep track of who I've recognized and who I've missed. It is very user-friendly and each component is so simple to use. I absolutely love the program! I like the fact that my company uses it in so many ways from being able to wish co-workers a happy birthday/anniversary to doing activities through it that we can earn points for. I have found it to be a very rewarding platform to participate in and have found those that I have had to get help from at Cooleaf to be extremely nice and helpful when I have had issues. Being able to have the app on my phone is helpful as well so that if I am away from my computer, I don't miss a beat. **What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group?** I haven't really encountered anything that I have disliked about Cooleaf. I think it is a fantastic program. Everything about the Cooleaf platform is easy to understand and use. **Recommendations to others considering Cooleaf by ITA Group:** Get ready to be blown away with all the things that the Cooleaf program can do for you! It is very easy to use and makes things like employee recognition so much fun. **What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only issues that I have encountered is when we have done steps challenges in the past and being that I don't have the proper technology to be able to keep up with my steps other than a pedometer app on my phone; the app and Cooleaf were not talking to each other. That is no fault of Cooleaf's at all. The work around was that I did screen shots of each of my days and emailed those to a Cooleaf representative and they manually updated my points for me on the activity and I didn't miss out just because I didn't have the correct items at my disposal to use for the challenge. ### 23. They are consuming feedback and observing history. They are PROactive rather than REactive with this information. When we're discussing a business, we're talking about money. Simple as that. Most businesses attempt to hide their original desire (to make money while bringing something to the people) by saying they don't care about the money as much as their customers. Cooleaf says they came to make money and to do that, they recognize they have to care greatly about the clients and what's been going wrong for them so far in this field. This makes them honest AND caring. Because, if we're all honest, while we all love being able to help our fellow man, self-care means we can provide better care for others. If Cooleaf does what it intends, they make money, they keep doing well and trying hard and we continue to stay satisfied/happy, they keep getting paid... It's a cycle and it works. I want businesses like this to thrive. I want the honesty, fairness and good results. I don't want what we all hate - the shady-seeming corporate teams that pretend they 'care for the clients first' when, what it really means, is they try the same bare minimum until it doesn't make them more money...I want Cooleaf. They rock at caring and being a business. - Bravo **What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group?** I dislike that I cannot give my points away to co-workers any time. I see what issues that could cause (favoritism, etc.) but I would love to be able to at least send the points to others and have the Cooleaf system say 'Hey, we appreciate you caring but this person is SO AWESOME they've already recieved the maximum allowed from you. Feel free to try again next month and in the mean time, go send them a message!' or some such. **What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** One huge issue they are solving is companies acting as though they are giving their employees gifts by having a taco truck one day rather than giving everyone gas cards for even just $10 - or anything other than food that matters. You read the comments, no matter the length and it brings joy to your day that someone took the extra time to show their appreciation for what you did. **What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group?** I don't think I have any dislikes for Cooleaf, our firm has a variety of things you can purchase with your points. It was actually really awesome when we acquired an overseas firm and we were able to add things that were specifically from their country. I had no idea how Global Cooleaf was. It's pretty difficult to find a dislike, maybe add customizable avatars instead of profile pictures for users. **What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think Cooleaf solves the problem of the "thankless", some people have jobs that are extremely important but overlooked.
