Hi Lisa! Yes, you can create custom messages from Leaders to automatically send to employees on birthdays, work anniversaries, new hire onboarding, and other milestones. You can also set the amount of reward points you'd like them to receive and employees will be able to redeem those points in a Rewards Catalog!
