I use it every day to show recognition and appreciation of the hard work that everyone does throughout the firm. Recogniton and events can be created which promote users to earn points. Points can then be redeemed for actual rewards in the form of gift cards and merchandise. It is very easy to learn and integrate into your practice. Almost everyone in the firm uses it now. Customer suppoort is super helpful if you run into any issues. They also have an app that can be used on mobile to allow users to access it more frequently, even when they aren't at work. There's multiple different features that will fit different people on your team. For example, if someone is not interested in making their own posts, they can still support and click on hearts to encourage their peers. Or if games and interaction is your thing, then you can join any of the weekly events. **What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group?** The only downside I've found with Cooleaf is that the cell phone app frequently forgets your user/password and you have to enter it to get back into the app. But if there's any issues you can always reach out to customer support. **What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a mostly remote work enviroment, so keeping us all connected through Cooleaf has allowed those "water cooler" moments to continue. ### 25. I use Cooleaf frequently whenever im at work, to be honest, and if there are any problems you can contact customer support. They will help you immediately which is nice. Cooleaf also provides a ease of implementaion and integration by giving you easy tasks to do voluntaritly, and mixing evreyone from the company so we can all be included and feel like a team. **What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group?** The only thing i dislike about Cooleaf is the lack of variety to get points. One thing I love about the platform is the reward points you can recieve through completing activities. Some activities are focused on promotions and others are focused on recognizing team members.
