I am using Aircall. Can enthu.ai fetch calls from there?

I have an inside sales team. Can I use enthu for them?

when I want to only see calls from a previous day, what is the best way to do so?

Was anyone else sold the Digital First Platform and having issues with it not working, Nice having no one to implement the product, and no support? We have been in implementation for over a year for this product.

If there is the option i cannot find it it is very importatn to be free to do some other things and if something goes wrong i need to be warned real time

I want to know if there are more easier ways to do task with the use of the tool.

I would like to recommend observe.AI to other group of people so that it will make their work feasible and effecient as well as in promoting quality work.

I as a user, personally experience having a hard time finding the call back and sad to say oberve.ai do not provide calls that is not policy sale. Therfor, I hoped that in this way, Oberve. AI will improve in these coming days.

One of the stuggles that I have in this tool is that on the speed limit is not enough and I just want to suggest to increase their speed limit on it. I also want to suggest to have a seach button on the tool in order to find the specific that we want to search to.

As beginner of this app, how will I navigate this easy and without confusion?

It is quite challenging to review a call if the call has a callback or being cut off. Do we have other way to retrieve it to continue the review ?
