**What do you like best about Stratifyd?**

I need to give a big shoutout to Laura, Steven, Tolga, and the entire Stratifyd team that has helped us put together our CX dashboards. There's so much to work with! It's data-rich, automated, and customizable, so I can quickly distill our member's experiences and tell their stories. As an analyst, I can see how these insights will benefit us in the long run.

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

I don't have any dislikes at this point - it's been a very positive experience for me.

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The member experience is at the heart of everything I do. Stratifyd allows me to analyze mountains of qualitative data efficiently, so I can focus more energy on telling our member's stories and supporting solutions.

**What do you like best about Stratifyd?**

Ease of creating taxonomies to get to insights that can identify either root causes and real pain points.

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

There are no standardized templates to get going on. Learning curve is a bit higher for employees to feel entirely comfortable if they are not technical or to optimize the usability and benefits of the tool thoroughly.

**Recommendations to others considering Stratifyd:**

Invest in training staff to get the full benefit of the platform

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding our customer feedback at a deeper level i.e. more detailed topics and themes that we would not have had access to prior to Stratifyd. Benefits have been better buy-in and trust from partners and executives in our analysis.

**What do you like best about Stratifyd?**

It has a fairly simple interface that is easy both to handle and to learn, which greatly facilitates its use, the fact that it is not necessary to be a professional in statistics or data analysis turns out to be a very positive element when wanting to use this tool since anyone can use it without any problem, the reports and reports it generates have been very useful to me to draw new strategies and make decisions in a much more objective way based on the data obtained, the fact that it can Performing complex multivariate data analysis is extremely useful, since it allows me to see how various factors affect my business and the impact (positive or negative) that these have on it.

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

To date, I can't get anything really strong enough to complain about using this app.

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been helping me to improve the decision-making process within my company, since it allows me to analyze a large amount of data, factors and variables in a simple and objective way, which allows me to think more clearly By evaluating all the possible scenarios that could arise before making a decision that impacts the entire future of my company, on more than one occasion it has helped me avoid a possible disaster of making an incorrect decision based only on my criteria, since Stratifyd shows you an excellent detailed report with all the reality of the company based on the analyzed data and it is practically impossible to ignore that information if what you want is to really improve the company, clearly this is not an endorsement that everything works 100% , but nevertheless in my case I have not had any kind of problem after using this tool, and rather it has helped me to simplify the decision-making process.

**What do you like best about Stratifyd?**

The customer service team is absolutely amazing.  Their team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every issue/question is answered quickly - huge kudos to Laura Hunt & Jake Canup, they are rockstars!!  I also like how easy it is to filter data within the dashboard which allows you to quickly find trends within your data set.

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

The time it takes to properly set up taxonomies to ensure accuracy of results.

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the tool to analyze online consumer reviews and verbatim data from consumer research.  This tool has allowed our team to quickly comb through thousands of consumer comments to find insights we can use to improve our products.

Quick summarization of hundreds of VoCs.

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

It takes a while to create the taxonomy.

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have hundreds of VoC entries that need to be reviewed, classified, summarized and analyzed. That takes weeks of manual effort, but these capabilities allow us to do it in minutes.

**What do you like best about Stratifyd?**

Excellent customer support, cutting edge, versatile, continuously improving tool. I like that the frontload on this pays off long term - dashboards can be set up and monitored, but also easily modified if needs change. Also, I appreciate that data can be exported into a csv format for other analysis.

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

I would like to be able to do some statistical analysis right in the tool, but it's not yet available.

**Recommendations to others considering Stratifyd:**

Excellent product, worth the time to set it up, because then it does a lot of important work for you with minimal need for support.

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly monitoring customer sentiment and comments across our major retailers.

The Team members being so friendly and helpful. They have helped us instantly with every issue we ran into and have done the most and above and beyond service, commitment, and customer service. Love their team.

I haven’t had any issues implementing Stratifyd into my company, although we have had internal issues - they haven’t been due to Stratifyd, therefore no dislikes..

Absolutely worth getting on a phone call with them ASAP.

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI dashboard view for clients- provides a wonderful experience for them. They have helped us build this out in an outstanding way and it looks great.

**What do you like best about Stratifyd?**

With stratifyd I see what my clients and employees are saying across every interaction channel.   This can be voice or chat or surveys or crm or public forums.   I get one true voice that allows me to make decisions armed with information that would be impossible to unlock and combine otherwise.  

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

I wish I could combine the sentiment analysis into workflows directly in the stratifyd tool.   I also wish I could do other types of machine learning on the more qualitative side of structured data.   

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are analyzing what customers are saying across all of our digital channels and then combine that analysis with our more structured financial data to understand how customer experience drives financial results.

I love the cooperation we see from the team at Stratifyd. They offer a unique analytics product and are willing to put the time and effort into understanding our needs and try to customize the product to our needs

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

It does take a while to learn and understand the product but that is somewhat due to the amount of options you have to create presentations and dashboards

**Recommendations to others considering Stratifyd:**

Make sure to take your time and be very clear about your needs. Their team will be very thorough and assist you. Plan to bring alot of questions and people that are quick to learn. It is a great product and very powerful.

We are trying to create dashboards to help our customer better visualize our performance and to integrate and automate SLA reporting

Easy to use and configure from an admin perspective. Not to hard for end user to familiarise with the system.

A bit buggy from time to time. User journey could be improved especially around accessing filters applied to widgets.

Insight generation has seen an improvement in terms of speed and accessibility.

Dislike the display of the home page, a little hard to navigate easily and find the right options, but once you find them it's easy from there

I like that the staff is always willing to personalize and help customize your experience!

The tool requires a lot of time to fine tune. Not a problem because the benefits should be great but requires a lot of buy in from partners.

Effectively manage and consolidate VOC for Ally. Ease of use is key here!

The product had a lot of APIs, which would have made it easy for us to connect to our many data sources 

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

The NLP techniques were fairly basic, with minimal control over the parameters. I believe maturity of the product will come with time. I understand that keeping Stratifyd simple empowers more people to use it, but I believe it was missing a lot of important features required for success

**What problems is Stratifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While we did not continue using Stratifyd, we would have been solving sentiment analysis problems with it.

Being able to really tell what a call or chat is about in a much more granular fashion. 

**What do you dislike about Stratifyd?**

The ETL portion that has to take place before we can really get our hands on the data.

Finding issues that our customers may be encountering, perhaps by us noticing that a certain topic is occurring much more/less frequently.

I like how versatile the models of Stratifyd are. It allows me to explore more options when it comes to the analytics.

The models aren't as consistent when using text based on non-english languages.

I've realised that it is easier to predict customer emotion and possibly NPS when dealing with a customer of a particular demographic.

The intuitive UI, various models, and customizable taxonomy. Having the ability to update the taxonomy through the UI without the need for DS resources.

Haven't found anything I dislike yet. Love how intuitive the tool is so far

Text Analytics, Dash-boarding capability and MS led translation instead of Google.

Not very user-friendly. Uploading programs, models etc. is very complicated and very limited training
