Nothing really sticks out to me as something I "dislike" about the platform. For the use I have for it, it works well.

Enthu helps me manage ensuring compliance and quality of our calls at the call center. We take 100s of calls a day so it allows me to make sure no call is being missed for quality, especially since we are a small management team

The auto-sampling capabilities provide valuable insights. The AI monitoring has helped us review 99%+ of interactions rather than relying on a small sample size. The speech transcripts are accurate, and the system’s data reporting has saved me countless hours.

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

I don’t have many dislikes about Enthu AI. Any minor issues that come up are resolved quickly, and the engagement and response times with users are extremely helpful.

**What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data reporting and collection times have been greatly reduced. Enthu AI has solved sample-size obstacles, making it easier to gather what we need. Feedback and coaching opportunities have also strengthened, and Enthu AI has improved communication and visibility between the evaluator, agents, and management.

I’m in charge of call quality, and honestly, reviewing calls used to drain my time.

Enthu changed that. It highlights the key moments, shows me where things went wrong, and helps me deliver feedback fast, without sorting through every single call.

The reports work well, but being able to drill down by campaign or agent group would make performance reviews more actionable.

Before Enthu.AI, our team leads spent too much time digging through calls just to find coachable moments.

We utilize a manual call upload approach, which comes with its limitations, as it relies on a fixed number of uploads to efficiently process AI logic.

Enthu.AI helps us by transcribing 100% of our calls and showing key moments in a clear dashboard. We can easily rank agents, find common keywords, and get results in seconds. 

Each call comes with a transcript and recording, which makes evaluations more accurate.

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

No complaints so far, I am still trying the tool.

The AUTO - QA feature is just amazing, it scores 100% of calls, so we catch issues faster, give targeted feedback, and our QA scores have actually gone up. It’s also helped us with client audits, everything’s traceable now.

Enthu provides incredibly in-depth analytics into every call our reps make. The transcription and moments make evaluating a call easier, but the reporting functionality really helps me evaluate which reps are succeeding and which are not.

I LOVE how they are always coming out with new features. They take feedback seriously and release updates regularly.

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

I just wish I had more time to use the system. The more you put into it, the more you get out of it, but we don't have a designated QA person at our company.

Enthu stands out with it's simplistic yet stylish interface. Making a technical application easy to use for non-technical users whilst providing an empowering and seamless experience. Enthu is rich in it's product offering and features, which are constantly reviewed to ensure the best solutions are available to it's users.

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

We have been using Enthu.Ai for around 4-6 months so thus far nothing to dislike about the product. On the contrary, a few recommendations made to the Enthu team were able to provide solutions and implement new features.

**What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enthu is helping us deep dive into a high volume of calls which would otherwise require significant time, resource and effort. Through it's rich features we are able to look at elements surrounding the call at a granular level and identify areas of improvement instantly.

The UI is clean and fresh, you can pick up the product in a few hours. Unlike our previous speech partner that took 6 months to configure.

Low implementation costs and good value on a monthly agent subscription fee

Transcription is the best i;ve worked with and really quick to start gaining insight and results from agent feedback.

The team are attentive and passionate about delivering a good service, they also are willing to take ideas and implement the product from users experience

Highly recommend to any Contact centre of telephony sales team !

It still lacks the customer word cloud trends and specific metric coaching points that i have seen in other leading analytic products. I hear that these are features coming in 2024

**What do you like best about Enthu.ai?**

Integration with our telephony took just a minute. We could start using Enthu right on day 1.

The entire program is quite intuitive and simple to use, and doesn’t need extensive training. Checking calls for quality, especially in a regulated industry like ours, is always a challenge but ENthu makes it a breeze.

The support is exceptional. They have been closely involved in the setup and beyond, making sure we extract value from the program.

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

Nothing much that I could complain about, but they should consider adding role specific dashboards within the platform. Also, ChatGPT is the talk of the town, I would be interested to see how they build in the generative AI features on calling data.

**What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do consultative selling where an advisor needs to educate a prospect with the right medicare plans. The conversations need to be regulation compliant, at the same time ensure agents are explaining the product features & benefits right. Enthu helps us understand the agents that go haywire often, and we feed these signals for better agent coaching. 

The time spent in monitoring calls has reduced by multiple hours while the conversation gaps have also seen a significant dip.

Enthu.ai is easy to use and a great tool used to summarize interactions.  The training and onboarding process that I was provided by Tushar was easy to follow along.
This product has made it easier to see an overall performance of my team.  The transcripts and ability to search keywords has been very useful when providing feedback and coaching my team.
Enthu.ai customer support is outstanding.  If I have a question or concern, I receive a response almost immediately.
I am excited to use all the features Enthi.ai has to offer.

High accuracy: Enthu's transcriptions are highly accurate, with an average error rate of less than 1%.
Fast turnaround times: Enthu can transcribe audio and video files in as little as 30 minutes.
Customer support: Enthu's customer support is responsive and helpful. The founders are adept and have a brilliant team in place.

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

Enthu has many brilliant features in the pipeline that our company cannot wait to utilize.More than a dislike, we are just impatient about these upcoming features.

Enthu's transcription services allow us to use the transcripts from both english and spanish calls to evaluate our clients, if it is a case we are willing to take etc. Their QA capabilities empower us to better train our agents and improve our signup process timeline.

I like Enthu because it is user friendly or easy to navigate. The interface is intuitive and visually appealing. It is designed to be simple and straightforward, with clear instructions and guidance. This makes it easy for me to find the information that I need quickly and efficiently.

Unfortunately, it was expensive AI. In spite of our efforts to negotiate the price with the developers, they refused to do so. We had no choice but to look for alternatives.

It's easy to use and I can export report quickly. It saves me time and I can access it from any device. The data is secure and reliable. I can even share the analysis with my agents.

The platform is easy to use. You can organize the calls by team and get insight on key moments of the calls. It can also send feedback to the agents and their leads and their support team helps you tailor them up if needed.

The spanish translation engine gives fair results but it can be improved

Flexibility to use and ease of onbaording. I particularly liked the entire experience with Enthu team, how they onboarded us and how they supported us in adoption of the software. Of course, the great RoIs they provide is phenomenal

They don't have a few automation inbuilt. But I believe they are working on it.

I like the fact that I can read the content of the conversation without having to listen to the entire call.  It's easy to follow and track!

There isn't anything I don't like.  It's simple and easy!

It's a wonderful tool to keep the call center agents "on their game".   It's easy and does a great job of allowing the agents to listen and learn how to be better at their jobs.

Tushar is an excellent teacher on how to use Enthu.  I'm not the most proficient when it comes to computers and technology but Tushar makes is simple and easy to understand.

Enthu.AI does what is promises. It helped us get in-depth into the customer calls which our sales agents make. The best thing is the customer insights which Enthu.AI draws for us without any extra effort.

Some software glitches popped up in the initial stages but their support team is super awesome. Resolution was fast and permanent.

**Recommendations to others considering Enthu.ai:**

EnthuAI is extremely powerful. It is intuitive, easy to use and can bring wonderful insights to your business.

**What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to monitor our customer conversations in our inside sales department. We were missing quite a few conversion metrics in our sales teams and wanted to understand the reasons for the same. 

Enthu helps us uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities and is impacting our revenue numbers.

**What do you like best about Enthu.ai?**

Transcription accuracy and speaker separation work brilliantly well. I tried a couple of more tools but find Enthu as the most accurate. It's very important in my coaching business where I have to share transcripts with my clients for further action.

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

Integration with Zoom was a little complex. Anyhow, the support by Enthu was brilliant so I don't have any complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Enthu.ai:**

Initially, I started using Enthu as a note-taker for my business but over time, started using it for other purposes as well. The tool demands some time initially but the RoI of this time investment is huge. My manual tasks have been automated.

**What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating transcripts and sharing them with my coachees. Earlier I had to take manual notes and scramble across recordings. Enthu removes all this effort and makes my life very easy. Transcripts are there, call summaries are there too. Plus I can refer through the entire chain of conversation with a particular person.

The ease of referring back to conversation, searching them for specific words/phrases and sharing it with team members. We have started collaborating more after adopting Enthu.AI.

I would have wished for more graphs and less tables in reports.

**Recommendations to others considering Enthu.ai:**

Leverage the 14 day free pilot Enthu.AI provides. They are probably the only major player that provides a pilot without asking for your credit card. I liked that they believe in showcasing value before asking for money. Tushar and his team worked closely with us even in the pilot phase to showcase the benefits. That made our buying decision very easy and frictionless.

Recording my Zoom conversations, transcriptions, call moments, analysis and quality monitoring.

We used Enthu.ai for the first time and was a bit skeptical if this can help my customer experience and support team agents for training. 

With Enthu.AI we were able to custom build traning plans for our team of 48 agents

Also, the enthu team is very responsive, and helps me with minor customisations whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

Would be helpful, if they offer some built-in integrated LMS as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Enthu.ai:**

Its a great tool to save your time, improve the customer experience quality for your team. 
If you have voice teams interacting with customers, go for it... I am sure, you will find great insights from these conversations

**What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New agents: 
We had an issue with training of our agents especially when they are new. 
Onboarding and training them and making them business ready would take us around 60 days. 
We wanted to reduce this efforts by providing our agents a self learning opportunity. With Enthu.AI , we can share the best calls which our new agents can listen on their own and train themselves.

Existing team quality improvisation: 
Most of the times, my team leader had to barge in the calls for the CX team, and used to train them on an ad-hoc basis (whenever he could catch any gaps during the customer calls)
My agents used to find the trainings more generic, and now we share agent specific gaps using Enthu. My team lead, now also provide personalized insights for training our agents.

The onboarding was the best I have ever experienced with any product I have used. The Enthu team made sure we got everyone connected, very hands-on. The product also sees regular feature improvements which is great.

Seems like the process to get Zoom connected to Enthu is a bit complicated, but this is not the fault of the tool, the other tools I tried were just as complicated.

- High levels of accuracy on call transcriptions (primary requirement we had of any service)
- Strong word recognition and tagging tied into custom-built feedback forms make QA more effective
- Quick and effective integrations on all systems we use (we required Aircall and HubSpot integrations)
- Support team and company leadership that helps accommodate one-off requests and bug fixes
- Pricing plan that accommodates large sales team separate from QA staff (i.e. adding QA members is not a tough pricing decision to make)
- Continual upgrades and improvements in the software

**What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?**

- As a newer tech-forward company, some features require ongoing improvements when rolled out or integrations can require some troubleshooting. That said, we have never had an issue that was not quickly resolved, and most problems have resulted from the integration partner, not Enthu. In addition, I prefer the ongoing rollout of features to no new features at all.

- Integration with Aircall and HubSpot > these were both successful and stable

Enthu.AI has completely replaced our previous practice of randomly picking the sales calls for quality check. We have our existing quality use cases and now use Enthu to vet out our salespeople against those parameters without listening to their every single minute of calls. That saves us lot of time. 
We also use Enthu's performance management functionality to corelate conversational aspects of SDR communication against their performance and run better sales coaching.

Not a dislike but I would like to see much more data syncing with my CRM. They have put my req in their engineering pipeline so I am happy.

I am an SDR with an added part-time responsibility for call QA and training. Thanks to Enthu, the entire call listening & feedback management process has been streamlined to a great extent now. No need to manage feedback on excel sheets, no need to get the team on a weekly meeting for call listening. Everything happens within Enthu with easy collaboration with the team. The effort to do the same stuff has reduced by almost a half.

I would want detailed help articles explaining all the features step by step. That would be super helpful for me.

No more hearing the calls word to word, just a quick scan and you know what the consultants and customers are talking about. I also love the way the enture data analysis happens; you get to know a high level analysis of all the calls and can then deep dive into specific metrics, purely based on the custom use case. The tool is simple and easy to use, and is not overwhelming at all.

I think they are on track wrt the product. Minor bugs and errors do come, but that’s fine. They keep on refining the product week on week, and I am happy with it.
