They're communicating exactly what they're expecting from the calls and it helps me to not make careless mistakes

**What do you like best about Call Criteria?**

I don't like anything about Call Criteria.

**What do you dislike about Call Criteria?**

They only review 50 calls per week for the entire company and have not reviewed anything for my team yet. The team cannot even log in to see the attributes they are being judged for until a call is reviewed.

**What problems is Call Criteria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We haven't been able to solve any since they only send over 90 calls a week for the entire department. My team has not had any calls reviewed to this day.

i like mostly that i can access my calls and learn from them and it helps me to do better

there is nothing to dislike it has everything i need

**What problems is Call Criteria solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i raised all my poor scores it shows that if i listen to my calls i correct them so when i get back on the phone i get to do even better
