# How to retrieve a call if you can't find it using all the options when searching the contacts ? Is there any other way to retrieve a callback call ?

It is quite challenging to review a call if the call has a callback or being cut off. Do we have other way to retrieve it to continue the review ?

Thanks for your question, Roselyn! You can use your metadata to search for calls with the same phone number, same customer, or other parameters that are unique identifier for the specific call you're searching for.
