Hello, thank you for your inquiry.

Genesys PureEngage is now known as Genesys Engage on-premise, which refers to version 8.5x/9.x of our traditional on-premises enterprise contact center software that customers, or partners, consume via subscription or perpetual license model.

Genesys Multicloud CX is native cloud software that customers consume via a SaaS offering that Genesys deploys and manages in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure today. You can see Multicloud CX as an evolution of former Pure Engage where all the software has been refactored/redesigned in containers and microservices so customers and partners can deploy on their preferred cloud infrastructure either private or public.
