# Is there any way to make it easier to add an inbound call to the contacts list?

While in a call, or at the end of a call, when trying to add a phone call to the contacts ist, it takes you into another screen, and by doing this you don't get to submit the disposition or you submit the disposition and then you have to go into activities later and find the call to add to contacts. Trying to add the person to contacts during the call interrupts performance. Is there another easier or faster way of adding someone to the contacts list?

Yes. Whenever a call finishes, on Talkdesk Callbar you will automatically be prompted to enter the name of the customer right above where the the disposition dropdown bar is. Simply type the customers name right there, and undeneath you select the appropriate disposition, and hit submit. The customer name that you typed will automatically be saved to that phone number in the contacts database. Very fast and easy.
If Callbar is not giving you this option, I would suggest checking with your administrator if it has not been manually disabled in the configurations. You may also contact Talkdest Support and they are often very helpfull with any issues or questions. I hope this helps :)
