**What do you like best about Prodigal?**

I appreciate Prodigal for its impressive accuracy, which significantly enhances my productivity by reducing the need to constantly fix errors. The software reliably captures the essence of communications, be it my own words or those of customers, without excessive embellishments, allowing me to streamline the information to its necessary core efficiently. This direct approach facilitates quick reviews and smooth data input, sparing me the physical strain of over-typing and preserving my time. Moreover, the initial setup process was remarkable, with no downtime, allowing me to transition seamlessly into making calls immediately. This efficiency in getting started was truly impressive. Something that I don't like about Prodigal is that it sometimes adds a little more content than necessary. This extra content requires me to verify the output carefully to ensure its accuracy before copying and pasting.

Good thing in using pronotes is that , all things more convenient to us especially when we are dealing with the consumer , we don't need to do manually notes but rather pronotes do it automatically for us . When it came into our life it made my job easier and also it save my time. So pronotes got my back . So much helpful and useful on my end . More saved time , more time for myself.

Sometimes can't catch the other information and delay of notes on the evolution. And also wrong name reflected.

Prodigal helped me to understand what the consumer trying to say because it already included there the conversation we had on the notes . It make my job easier and convenient.This is the most important tool that I really needed most also saving time .

What is most helpful about Prodigal is for example for someone like me that is not fast handed when it comes to typings ,  It will take a couple of seconds or minutes for me to finish my notations , in short Prodigal makes my work easier.

I think the downsides of using Prodigal is I am not able to practice my typing skills and tends to just rely on it.

Prodigal helps me to save a lot of my time in regards with my work , like theres no need for me to notate by typing and it benefits me by taking calls smoothly by not minding on my notation I just have to riview my Prodigal just to make sure that it is all good then take another call.

The things that I really like to prodigal are it helps me to notate after my calls and lessen my time doing it. Also it helps me track all my calls if every that there is any sensitive words that our consumers use to us.

One thing that I dislike to prodigal is that sometimes there is issues that we don't know but overall it helps me everyday.

Prodigal helps our organization to lesen our time on notating in every calls and helps our user to derermine the calls if there is any triggered words specially when the line is poor. Good thing in using prodigal we don't need to waste outr time wrapping the calls and we can focus on looking for another consumers to help them to resolve their delinquent accounts. I can't imagine a day without prodigal.

The transcription service needs work. It feels like the transcription quality of phone calls has gone down.

What I least like about prodigal, most of the time is the accuracy, sometimes it giving an inaccurate scenario on the call, giving a mislead info some of the time, the latency got me dislike it, especially when I had a long call, then suddenly the prodigal did'nt catch up the conversation,

I like how easy prodigal is to use, the number of times I use it a day and it still is always very effective and accurate makes my job easy. From recording my conversating and notating everything I say to copying and pasting prodigal has definetely made my job easier. Let's not forget to mention how good customer service is if there is to be any concerns.

One thing I dislike about prodigal is how sometimes it will not spell patients names correctly.

The Prodigal team is always willing to discuss and work through various requests that we have made of them. My team is ever evolving, and as a result of that, we must ensure that our vendors are able to keep up with the requests that we make of them. We are heavily data driven, and that desire results in our requests for detailed analytics which allows us to properly train and/or make staffing decisions. Prodigal consistently works to satisfy our requests and does so in an efficient manner.

**What do you dislike about Prodigal?**

Understanding that we are dealing with a machine as it relates to the handling of speech analytics, it can be frustrating attempting to correct certain behavior and not seeing true change. As an example, despite our efforts to create statements to look for, Prodigal is unable to properly respond to questions related to demographic updates, proper closing of calls where it is unnecessary or unable to have occurred, and will attribute a Profanity tag where a party's name or address has any semblance of what it believes to be profane.

Prodigal assists with providing an efficient means of reviewing thousands of calls handled per month. It allows for us to get a proper view of areas off opportunity and strength for the agent handling the call.

Our conversation compliance reviews used to take 15-20 minutes each. They only take about 5-10 minutes now. We’re moving almost 2-3 times faster, and instead of sampling conversations manually, Prodigal’s AI is analyzing every single conversation for us. Overall, Prodigal helped us  improve oversight to get more accomplished with a leaner, laser-focused team.

**What do you like best about Prodigal?**

I work as a call monitor and use the platform all day every day. The tagging system is perfect for me to be able to filter the calls that I need to listen to, thus saving time and energy. Without it I would be manually weeding through thousands of calls daily. I was even able with the assistance of my Prodigal Team  customize the the key words and phrases for each tag to better suit my needs. Any time there is an issue theTeam is quick to respond and correct the problem. I have met and or spoken to over the phone many of the Team members and all have been friendly and very helpful. Having the transcript available with the tags also helps for someone like me who can sometimes just scan the call or go directly to a part of the call rather than listen to the entire call. Over all my exerience has been great and the platform itself is pretty user friendly.

There's not much I don't like. However, when the platform crashes or has technical issues (which happens with all tech) I'm unable to perform any of my job duties. But with that said the Team is quick to get me up and running again as soon as possible.

My experience with the Prodigal speech analysis platform over the last year has been excellent, and I am satisfied with its functionality and efficiency.

The conversational analysis is made simple with the help of the Prodigal speech analytic platform. Features like topic modeling, keyword recognition, and sentiment analysis are examples of what it can do for conversation analysis. The system also offers helpful visualization tools like heat maps and word clouds for analyzing conversations.


The dependability of the system is also excellent. It's been over a year of usage, and I've never had a problem with it. We've been able to better understand our customers' habits and provide better collection service thanks to this new resource.

**What do you dislike about Prodigal?**

There is little to dislike about a platform that helps you detect un-human viable things. Still, the platform will continue to evolve in tandem with the ever-changing restrictions we face in the Collection industry.

Prodigal is the ideal software for Debt Buyers and Lenders when focusing on collections. It allows seamless flow of data from across the entire agency network to the Debt Buyers / Lenders. They standardize the data available in different formats and add a layer of custom intelligence per agency based on individual agency scripts to help us quickly benchmark our agency network performance.

Switching from our old software to Prodigal’s AI was like night and day. The quality of Prodigal’s call transcripts are exceptional and much more accurate than their competitors.  This saves a tremendous amount of time when reviewing calls and allows the agencies to focus on true issues, instead of having to sift through false positives.

Due to the above, we and our network agencies have greatly reduced time taken on monthly audits and our accuracy with ProVoice has been 98%+ across various parameters.

We have had some difficulty automating our customized reporting; however, have worked through the majority of issues.  Prodigal has taken a very hands on approach to ensure our satisfaction.

There are a lot of features I like about prodigal. One thing that made me interested in using it was the script that goes along with the call recording. As a Quality Analyst, one of the challenges I find difficult is understanding or capturing what the agent or the customer stated on the call, especially if there is a connection issue. The script helped me determine the statement provided on the call. We must be accurate in every monitoring, which helped me a lot.

**What do you dislike about Prodigal?**

I understand that the prodigal team is currently working on ingesting calls. I would appreciate it if we could have real-time ingestion of the calls. It takes time for the Prodigal to consume calls which limit me in doing my audits. Also, it would be beneficial to have an additional feature, such as a video recording where we can see what the agent was doing during the call. It will help us determine the cause of action done during the call.

Currently, Prodigal is working on ingesting the calls and working on the call tags. The tags help us a lot! Having that feature saves us a lot of time in searching for calls. I believe they will get everything straightens up, and we can enjoy using Prodigal more. :)

**What do you like best about Prodigal?**

Prodigal is an all-in-one program that will help your agency/firm grow faster than you could have imagined. There are three main programs that we use through Prodigal which would be Pro Voice, Pro Notes, and Pro Assist. As we are in the onboarding stages of Pro Assist, we have confidently rolled out Pro Notes and use Pro Voice Daily. 

Pro Voice is a great compliance companion that allows communication between yourself and the agents on your floor. With an easy interface it allows agents and supervisor to maneuver through the program efficiently. Agents are allowed to review their own scorecards and calls with silence cut out to improve time for listening. Pro Voice also allows agents to send messages to their supervisors on specific calls, so it cuts out the time it takes to locate the file. Truly was a thought-out program that allows the call auditing process to move in a timely manner. 

Pro Notes has also been a great addition to our team. We currently are in the testing phase but have 7 total agents using the program. From the beginning we used off the shelf scenarios to generate notes for our agents once they were off the call to represent the conversation. Although the notes were not tailored towards our type of collections, we worked directly with the Prodigal team on creating and updating the noted to where they have been increasingly more accurate. 

Lastly, working with the Prodigal team has been outstanding. They have constant and great communication with our firm and ensure we are satisfied with the product. They take the time and pay attention to each little detail to tailor our needs for the program. I could not have asked for a better group of individuals to work with!

**What do you dislike about Prodigal?**

There have been some bumps in the road with the AI taking longer than expected to increase and retain the knowledge for implementation. However, those issues have been resolved by the Prodigal team with open communication so not too much of a concern once you get things going.

**What problems is Prodigal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal there can be missed opportunities with our collectors to obtain funds from our consumers. This problem is tied to the issue of our agents having to notate on call and make sure their notations are accurate. Pro Notes allows our agents to focus more with the consumer and interact with them which increasing conversion rates and overall satisfaction of the consumer. 

Pro Voice helps contribute towards our compliance aspect of call auditing. It allows direct communication between the agent and the supervisor and help the point out areas of opportunity on calls. **What do you like best about Prodigal?**

Firstly it is the ease of use; the application is very user-friendly and can be understood/navigated by front-line staff and back-end nerds.  It is much easier to use than Call Miner, and as Prodigal does all the heavy lifting (creating scorecards and tags), it does not require much expertise on the user's end.  They have a whole suite of products that enhance call centers' ability to improve both the agent's and the customer's experience. Pro-Notes - reduces wrap and allows the agent to focus on servicing instead of updating systems, ProAssist - prompts agents to always ask the right questions and stay compliant and would be fundamental to provide real-time training assist with new hires. - Cant wait to try these out

**What do you dislike about Prodigal?**

All in all, the system is great. However, there are some items, such as real-time call monitoring; instead of batching calls and allowing for the searching of tags on review Scorecard/aggregate scorecard pages would be beneficial

This has given us the ability to provide targeted training based on scores etc., from the scorecards that have been created.  It has allowed our frontline management more time to focus on improving agent performance instead of wasting precious time listening to sample calls. - They now get every call scored -  It has allowed us to be more proactive when we spot negative trends, show the agent his improvement based on the reports that are generated, and also allow us to recognize positive performance and quickly reward the individuals that make it happen.  Clients are getting a better picture of how we impact their brands and how our people represent them

The amount of time saved performing call audits. The time it takes to complete my audits is cut in half.

Not being able to amend the manual tags. When I create a tag, I should be able to amend or delete it. Also, some agents' names are duplicated, tripled and even quadrupled.

First of all they have a great product.  Secondly, when we started working with them they were not only excited to share their ideas they were excited to hear ours as well.  Through collaboration of ideas, building us custom scorecards, and creating custom reports they have given us a product that is specific for our company's needs.  They finished each request with eager excitement and impressive speed.  I have really enjoyed working with each representative that I have met.  I highly recommend Prodigal.

Like every computer program there were glitches every now and then but when they were brought up to Prodigal they were fixed very quickly.

It's on the cutting edge and really fun to use.

We were using two systems to score calls and now that we have the Prodigal voice analytics system and scorecards we have it all on one screen and all in one place which is much more efficient. Prodigal provides an easy to navigate analytics platform for monitoring compliance performance. Filtering options for detecting violations on a variety of customizable parameters is made easily accessible to even those who have had limited interaction with a speech analytics platform before. Access to the call transcriptions and quick links to individual call events makes navigating calls for review an uncomplicated and streamlined process and cuts down on the time required to identify any problematic portions of the call. The prodigal team was happy to help us meet our specific analytics needs with customization of our platform to pinpoint the exact parameters we were looking for. QA scorecards were made available to our specifications and are intuitive to evaluate. The prodigal team was extremely communicative and accessible throughout the onboarding process. Reporting features are comprehensive and flexible to zero in on metrics that can be as broad or specific as our needs require. Prodigal is an easy to use one-stop shop for all our speech analytics needs.

API is not currently available for our specific telephony system which has created minor yet solvable hurdles in implementing a daily call ingestion model.

I really appreciate the customer service that I get from the Prodigal team. The individuals at Prodigal are brilliant, talented, and highly educated -but they are still very easy to talk to and work with. The Prodigal team is punctual, professional, innovative, patient, and most of all they do very well collaborating with me and my leadership team. The service I receive from Prodigal is unparalleled to the experience that  I've had with other vendors in the same industry, as they take the time to align with our needs.

There are several companies offering speech analytics but none, that I can tell, take as much of a hands on approach. They are always looking to grow their product and are doing so by actually listening to customer feedback and requests.

I can't honestly find anything that I'd say is wrong with Prodigal. They are always available and there is no down time even through this current pandemic.

You may already have a vendor but aren't getting what you want out of the product. I would recommend Prodigal as they can even help you find ways to use their product that you didn't even know you could.

KnovaOne is a backoffice service provider to contact center and collections industry.  We have been using Prodigal for several clients as a tool for analyzing their calls.

Their extremely flexible and powerful Voice Analytics tool has been able to help us identify opportunities to train our associates, fix the compliance gaps and increase productivity.  We have also tested the chat box and text option where our clients are able to connect with customer in current environment where they are unable to staff due to COVID issues.

**What do you dislike about Prodigal?**

Their tool are emerging and would like to see a bit more integration with other modes of contact.  With most of the world gone virtual and e-mode, integration of various modes of contacts will only make it more powerful.

**What problems is Prodigal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training and compliance of contact center associates.  Our associates analyze calls made by call center associates and identify areas where we they may have made compliance mistakes, were unprofessional or missed to capture a payment opportunity.  The voice analytics tool flags the areas of concerns which can be analyzed further and reported back to the management, training and compliance leadership.  The analysis is used to train associates, improve compliance scores and eventually generate more revenues by the clients who use our services.

Prodigal's customization process.  Unlike other voice analytic companies, Prodigal is able to customize features for you in a timely manner and does not put the weight on the program manager.   If you are a small company, this is great for time management and cost.

I do not have dislikes but I would love it Prodigal could implement an entire QA program.   However, I have spoken with them and it is something they will keep in mind and potentially work towards.

If you are in the customer service, sales, collection industry , voice analytics is the new WAVE.  I have used Call Miner, Speech Analytics, and Prodigal.  Prodigal is by far the best solution for minimizing risk, customization, QA/Training tools, and client deliverables.    They have a supportive team and really want to ensure your needs as a company our met.  If you are new to the world of voice analytics, do not have the staff to dedicate, and/or are looking for a quick turnaround, this is the vendor for you!

Prodigal allows us to reduce compliance risk by easily identifying compliance infractions.  It also allows us to identify trends.   It also allows us to pinpoint trends per site for additional training/development.
