I have noticed that Active Campaign is taking a LONG time to load pages. This is the only site I have issues with, so I know it is not my internet connection that's the problem.

I want to send people to linkedIN for reviews as well. Many email blast are more engaging with pictures. I only can use one image with email blast. That is a challenge sometimes

I'd love to set up automations for our community that will basically add a segment of contacts to an automation. Right now we manually add contacts from the contact list.

I often get an email saying someone has entered the pipeline as interested in "XYZ" then again a few days later I will get the same email. At one point I was getting repeat emails as much as 2 months after someone joined the pipeline

I have asked this question before. Please make email links in campaigns more sophisticated by being able to make a title/reference and the email body so it is easy for a client to respond and I know what lead it is referring to.

As I mentioned before, because of deliverability control we would like to use our own IP addresses, but there is no option for that. Or at least the pricing for that is abnormal. Now, when I go to Reports and click on the unsubscribed people I have to delete them one by one. Everytime this takes me back to the total list of contacts. So for the next removal I have to go to Reports again and so on. This takes al lot of time. Is there an easier way to fix this?

I find that AC creative interface not very good. I'm currently doing all my emails on Photoshop and then splicing them and applying them that way. Is there an easier way to create emails for AC?

I don´t know why it is getting a lot of fake contacts that signs with wrong emails, despite the fact that I use opt-ins, and they are garbage in my lists. I would be great that you can have systems in your software to avoid this.

Es muy difícil de usar y se visualiza mal en móviles y tablets. Sería bueno poder corregir algún email o configuración desde el móvil cuando hay una urgencia y estás fuera de la oficina.

Last time I looked at this we could only get name email and address. I have a client that needs more than that and I would imagine that others need info specific to their organization.

It´s not so intuitive to create a form and make it nice with design. AC need to make this process much more friendly.
