# How do I stop getting repeat emails saying someone has signed up

I often get an email saying someone has entered the pipeline as interested in "XYZ" then again a few days later I will get the same email. At one point I was getting repeat emails as much as 2 months after someone joined the pipeline

You can go to Lists and click on the arrow of the lists that you keep getting notifications from, then make sure you haven't entered in your email where it says "send subscription notification". If you do have a email here, then delete it and hit save. You shouldn't get anymore notifications when people sign up. You would do this for any list that you are getting notifications from.
