We still haven't found a way of directly batch selecting contacts within AC. Would such a feature be availble in the future?

We understand our customer profiles through the details we collect. We use tags, email lists and deals to categorise our contact details. We use automations to do this. I believe if you were using more of the advanced features how you 'batch' customers is fundamentally built in.

I left ActiveCampaign and switched to Agile. Unlike AC, Agile costs $49 per month for up to 10,000 contacts and for every additional 1,000 contacts, it is only $3.00.

AgileCRM offers many of the same features as Hubspot, but without costing tens of thousands of dollars each year. Also, the support representatives will take your call almost on a 24/7 basis and sometimes even late into the evenings and on weekends. They bend over backwards to offer timely support. None of this "submit a ticket and we'll get back to you several days later."

Hi Ria, could you elaborate a little more on what you’re trying to accomplish with batching customers? There are some tricks you can do utilizing tags to get your customers all updated or exported.
