# When I have sent an email to my contact and people opt-out I would like an easier way to delete them

Now, when I go to Reports and click on the unsubscribed people I have to delete them one by one. Everytime this takes me back to the total list of contacts. So for the next removal I have to go to Reports again and so on. This takes al lot of time. Is there an easier way to fix this?

You can use the List Cleanup feature or an automation to streamline this. To access List Cleanup, go to Contacts > List Cleanup. From there, you can pick a list and status (so, Unsubscribed) and tap Remove. This will delete all of your unsubscribes.

If that seems too final, you can also do it with an automation. Create a new list and call it Unsubscribes. Then create an automation and use "Unsubscribe" as the trigger. The action would be to subscribe any user who unsubscribes to the new list you just created. Periodically you can go in and review the entries on your Unsubscribes list and bulk delete them.
