# What else should I be using to fully benefit from the platform?

We love the email marketing tools and ability to store client/contact data. But those are really the main thing we use. I do plan to edit tags and lead sources to start leads ource tracking to see what is most cost effective. We don't need the e-commerce right now bc we have something else setup. What else am I not using that would be helpful for gathering data for better future strategy, sale conversion, and increasing return overall? I want to be able to show our CEO this is what Keap costs and this is what it brought in with its functionality!

You should definitely use the tagging features to help segment your audience.  You can use an unlimited number of tags and have an unlimited number of tags on a contact record.  The more data you can capture and tag, the better for future hyper targeting of your markets.

I would also recommend the usage of the Internal Forms  (if you  have Infusionsoft by Keap).  Using the internal forms makes Infusionsoft point and click simple and allows you to really expand the power of Infusionsoft without adding complexity to your daily routine.

Hi Kelsey - one of the functions I find really helpful is the apointment feature, so people can book directly into my calendar + it links to their client profile. 
You mentioned email marketing - have you set-up automated campaign sequences? That&#39;s something that I&#39;ve loved, simply add a tag to a client and they automaticlly start getting fun info from you, on a regular basis and you only have to add a tag once.

Try the pipeline feature! That can help you see where your leads are in their buying process, and you can attach automation to each stage. They also just added a new google reviews feature where you can see your reviews in your dashboard and request reviews with a click of a button, but I&#39;m not sure if they have rolled it out to all users.
