# How have you taken on Buy in from the team?

We are in the process of starting to use Greenrope and coming up against little hiccups as we figure out the kinks and eccentricities. How do you get people to invest the time to get it rolling properly?

I am impressed that someone thinks I am an expert on human motivation, but alas I am afraid to say that I am not.  However Greenrope does seem to offer more bells and whistles than most of their competitors, which means there is more stuff to muddle through when learning to perform tasks. So I understand that, at first, working in their environment can be daunting.  The trouble I had was finding the time, and that was all about my priorities.  The goods news is that once I got over the learning hump, I found Greenrope to be quite robust and a pleasure to work with. It is just a matter for me of digging in and getting familiar with their interface. Today, I am very happy working with Greenrope.  You will also be happy to hear that I have had very positive experiences with their customer support, indeed we even had a developer come in and make a change to their online software so it was better suited to our needs.
