# HOw to I solve slow page load with Active Campaign?

I have noticed that Active Campaign is taking a LONG time to load pages. This is the only site I have issues with, so I know it is not my internet connection that's the problem.

I had the same experience, and I found that the browser makes a huge difference. I had lots of issues with Edge and IE, but when I started using Chrome for ActiveCampaign instead, the speed improved dramatically.

You could look at upgrading your server ram if it persists. I&#39;ve not had a problem with it so far.

This must be related to your internet connection and PC/Mac setup. Active Campaign runs smoothly at all times.
