I really like how Signpost centralizes texts, emails, and phone calls into one 'Messaging Hub' so no leads fall through the cracks. It eliminates cluttered workflows by providing a single 'source of truth' for customer interactions, which means my team and I are always on the same page and nothing gets lost in an unorganized inbox. I also appreciate the 'Marketing Autopilot' that's super helpful in handling repetitive tasks like sending newsletters and review requests. It saves me hours every week by automating my outreach. I specifically enjoy how it triggers review requests immediately after a customer interaction, ensuring we get feedback while the experience is still fresh in their minds without me having to remember to send an email manually. The initial setup of Signpost was pretty smooth too, thanks to the Signpost team helping us import our contact lists and set up initial automated campaigns. Compared to the mess of spreadsheets we were using before, having everything in one dashboard was a huge relief.

**What do you dislike about Signpost?**

The platform's cost is high for small businesses and I've noted unexpected charges. Offering more affordable, feature-limited tiers specifically for very small businesses or independent contractors would be helpful. Also, providing detailed, itemized invoices could prevent confusion over 'unexpected' fees.

The CEO is a nice gentlemen and the supervisors seem to be very eager to help.

**What do you dislike about Signpost?**

While the management team seems willing to help they don't seem very effective. Unfortunately, after 4 months we decided to end our relationship with Signpost. They never were able to fully grasp how to answer our calls and made several egregious mistakes. We attempted to rectify the issues multiple times, but ultimately, we had to separate. The companies CEO is a very nice gentlemen and I appreciate their willingness to resolve our issues, but it was the execution that was lacking. I would give them a two for effort but make no mistake this was not a good experience and a complete waste of time and money.

They were supposed to help solve our phone call management, but did not effectively accomplish this task.

I like Signpost's automated marketing and review generation features, which can automatically send review invitations and marketing emails, helping businesses easily generate positive online reviews and enhance their reputation. Additionally, Signpost centralizes customer communication into a unified message center, allowing for efficient multi-platform communication. The multi-platform integrated online reputation management saves us a lot of time and effort, enabling us to view all reviews in one interface and respond promptly to negative reviews, maintaining our brand image. Signpost's data analysis features are also very valuable, allowing us to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in detail, helping us make data-driven decisions and improve the return on marketing investment.

The depth and clarity of the documentation are insufficient: The existing help documentation lacks depth and clarity in explaining some complex functions, and the descriptions of certain technical details and operational logic are rather brief. When users encounter problems and consult the documentation, they often cannot obtain sufficiently detailed solutions and have to rely on the customer support team, which increases communication costs. Expand compatibility testing: Invest more resources in compatibility testing with various third-party platforms, covering not only mainstream platforms but also more niche and industry-specific platforms. Update integration documents in a timely manner, providing detailed integration guides and precautions to ensure users can proceed smoothly during the integration process. Optimize real-time data synchronization: Strengthen the data synchronization mechanism with third-party platforms, using more advanced technologies to ensure data is synchronized in real-time and accurately. For example, introduce data monitoring and automatic error correction mechanisms, so that when data synchronization anomalies occur, alerts are issued promptly and automatic repair attempts are made, reducing manual intervention and ensuring the consistency of business data.

i disliked my entire experience with them. They didnt deliver on anything they promised and their software never worked and they tried to charge us more than we agreed to and theyre saying we signed a contract with them when we signed up it was a month to month agreement there is no such agreement we will be reporting them for fraudulent charges and lack of performance. they may possibly be the worst online company i have worked with ever.

they havent solved a single problem their performance was non existent and they had no intention of helping fix the problem communicating with our CRM. We hired them to automate our review requests not to manually put them in they told us for months they were working on a solution and never came up with one to automate our review requests this company does not deliver and then they charge you anyway and they even tried to charge more than was agreed.

Signpost is undoubtedly the most user-friendly and straightforward email-sending platform available. While we were struggling with deliverability problems on Active Campaign, Signpost came to our rescue. Remarkably, they consistently ensure that our emails reach every single one of our contacts without fail. Moreover, their statistics on email opens, and clicks are remarkably precise and reliable. We keep paying for Signpost even when are working with HubSpot at the same time.

The ease of use of these platforms comes at the expense of personalization options for emails. The subject and header fields have limited character allowances, and there is no option to incorporate elements like video attachments to enhance the email experience.

You will absolutely regret dealing with this company. Their product does not work and their billing practices are sneaky and deceptive. I tried to converse with them, but they don’t discuss - they merely tell you how to cancel. It’s laughable!!!

Signpost is a CRM platform that assists in creating long-term customer associations. Signpost easily incorporates Constant Contact, Facebook, Mailchimp, Zapier, etc., for local marketing and campaign management. It offers dynamic control of digital exchanges between businesses and their customers to get more reviews and increase revenue.

**What do you dislike about Signpost?**

It was extremely tedious for me to cancel my term with Signpost. They demanded an extraordinary one-month's notice to extract an additional couple of hundred bucks before the subscription was terminated.

**What problems is Signpost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signpost assembled client reports by capturing all emails, phone calls, and credit card dealings, making it very easy to facilitate personalized follow-ups. Naturally, it was good for customer retention, increased loyalty, better reviews and referrals and eventually, revenue increase.

What's not to like!? Sign Post is easy, reliable, clean, quick, and responsive. Their website is straightforward and self-explanatory. Great customer service. Respond quickly to requests. Helpful in a pinch. A great selection of signage, posts, colors, etc. I love the signs they have created for us.

**What do you dislike about Signpost?**

I apologize I'm not helpful in this area, but I do not have anything negative to say about Sign Post. They are my go-to!

I am currently not resolving any problems with Sign Post. If I have a problem, it's usually with a client or a conflict of schedule, so I reach out to Sign Post to reschedule or make a change to our order.

I don't, this place is a total scam and I wouldn't recommend.

Tried canceling their horrible service and they told me that since I didn't give them 30 days notice, I have to wait until the end of the current billing cycle, and then pay for an extra month.  That's a complete scam, trying to bill you an extra month after you cancel just to leech out some extra money.  Don't deal with these people.

Contacted us cold and stated it was a month to month service, however they require you to keep your service an additional 30 days past the time you cancel it.

Signpost makes it easy to do all the marketing you wish you had time for. It’s an intuitive way of marketing that if done manually would take hours a week.  With Signpost, you set it up once and it just works on its own and you can see the roi.

Nothing. I’m a small business owner so I’ll always complain about price haha.  But it’s reasonable for what it is.

Signpost contacts my existing clients or clients who have contacted me.  It send them marketing pieces that I authorized on a set time frame, all without any further guidance from me. Very cool

Signpost is an amazing system. I will be the first to tell you that I am a one woman show for internal back of office planning. I am grateful for Signpost for keeping the engagement up with my customers. Just when I think, I need to send something out I get a notification that Signpost did it already.

I am not going to lie, the price is pretty high. I wish it was a little lower. I am trying to hold on.

Benefits manage my online reputation and lets me know when someone writes  a review so I can properly address them. I t pulls my new contacts and send them correspondence to engage them.

That it only connects to facebook and not linkedin, instagram and twitter.

When we began working with Signpost we had about 480 members and roughly 700 leads and our reviews were somewhat nonexistent. We’ve been with Signpost for about 9 months and in that time we have hit 734 members and over 1700 leads with a 4.9 star rating on Google. Signpost has literally turned our business around and has brought so much foot traffic to our gym and driven folks to complete reviews that they normally skip over or ignore. I love when a prospect comes into the gym holding up their phone to show me the offer they received from Signpost and they’re ready to join! It doesn’t get any easier than that. Huge thumbs-up to Scott and his team! They are our business partners from here on out!!

Inability to brand or customize virtually ANYTHING on the emails
Frustrating customer service when dissatisfied
No free trial and they won't release you from contracts if you're unhappy

**Recommendations to others considering Signpost:**

Don't bother if you have any sort of high-touch, relationship-based business or want to maintain branding consistency. There's no true white-labeling or ability to customize the email in any way if you don't like how something looks or reads. They'll tell you it's because they've tested the language and this is what performs best, etc. but you can't even add a custom message to what they have in the email already.

**What problems is Signpost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sales rep I had was really good at overcoming our initial objections and we decided that this would potentially be a good investment and we'd give it a shot. They have no free trial, so you can get a sales person to walk you through the system, but there were things we didn't think to ask and didn't know the system wouldn't do until AFTER we got in it and started to play around. Shocked to find that virtually nothing is customizable (outside of creating a whole manual campaign that you could do yourself for free in MailChimp which strips away the entire value of the Signpost system). In this day and age, to not be able to modify the look and feel of the automated emails, fix the size of your logo, control the branding, adjust the text, or at LEAST be able to add your own custom message is insane.

Once we figured out that this was all locked and un-editable, I called and asked to get out of the contract thinking that there had to be a grace period or something since we hadn't even done anything with the system yet and it was less than a week since we signed up. We were also assured by the sales rep that if we weren't happy, we could cancel. Apparently none of that was true.

I've now spent a couple of hours on the phone with them and the "best they can do" is charge me for 6 months instead of 12. I'm not done fighting them on this and am hoping they'll do the right thing since frankly it's just bad business to refuse to let us out given how frustrated and unhappy we are.

I'll adjust this review if they make good on letting us out without penalty, but if they still refuse, I'll make sure every other small business owner knows the things we wish we knew before we signed up.

I'm sure this probably works great for some businesses, but if you have any sort of branding you'd like to keep consistent or if your business is really highly personal relationship-based, don't waste your time or money.
