**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

I like how easy InTouch CRM is to use and how it brings contacts, sales, and marketing into one simple system. The automation and clear pipeline view save me time and make managing customers much more efficient. The automation saves me time by handling routine tasks like follow-ups and reminders, so I don't miss opportunities. The pipeline view gives me a clear snapshot of where each deal stands, making it easier to prioritize and close deals faster. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

Some features feel a bit limited compared to larger CRMs and customization options can be restrictive. The interface could also be more modern and reporting tools could offer deeper insights.

**What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InTouch CRM to manage customer relationships, track leads, and organize sales activities. It helps me store contact details, monitor deals, automate marketing tasks, and keeps everything—sales, communication, and marketing—in one place, improving efficiency. Automation reduces manual work and gives better visibility into my sales pipeline.

InTouch CRM just seamlessly centralizes everything a small buisness needs. Instead of hopping between three different apps, it combines contact management, sales pipelines, and email marketing under one roof.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

While intouch crm covers the essentials perfectly, it's reporting and analytical tools feel a bit limited compared to other large CRMs. It can be difficult to build highly customised dashboards or pull granular data on specific metrics.

Before using InTouch CRM, our customer data was completely scattered across different spreadsheets, email inboxes, and physical notes. We were losing track of follow ups, and when a team member was away, no one knew where a specific deal stood.

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

I like the fact that through InTouch CRM, it becomes easier for me to keep track of my clients. The feature that allows me to review the history of customer interactions in one application is great. This detailed client information is useful to me in interaction and creating close-knit connections.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

InTouch CRM lacks is the segmentation and in general sales analytical capabilities. I can’t easily measure key parameters such as lead response rates or, monitor the sales trends. This leaves me with a poor ability to assess the contributions of my sales approach or the efficiency of my sales pipeline for expansion

**What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to find out that InTouch CRM assists me in organizing the interactions and contacts with my clients. This helps me a lot and makes me not to be easily stranded on what to do when dealing with the clients.

It is a sales and marketing agency which provides a solution for increasing your company sales and they will also tell you how to do marketing for your own company

They charge you for all this work they are doing for your company plus it may work good for a time but their is no guarantee for longer time period that your company will grow

In Touch CRM solves the problem of sales and marketing for your company by providing you a solution and techniques how to increase your company revenue by decreasing the expenses

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

We are looking for a tool that has the best marketing features available like auto-mail, SMS, notifications, Theme based updates, etc., and our team of sales and marketing should track the communications made so far with the customers for the best proposal of our products. InTouch CRM has equipped with such features, and all the communications can be easily tracked with the system pertaining to the customers. Users can add the customer details and the products they needed and design automatically proposed the notifications at the scheduled time. The schedule can be customizable and as per the business requirements. Its intereconnectibity with salesforce, lead autmation and social media integration for 360 degree customer orientation.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

The data entry field is somehow very long, and attributes are also very high. The user is not able to delete the data box he is not used to but only can inactive the same. On the dashboard, it shows the display as Inactive, and for the entries, the user needs to scroll down the screen to find the exact entry where he has to make it. The support system can also be equipped with Ticket System so that all the issues can be store together and can be tracked easily. Mobile version is not set as per the screen, and there is sometime sync issue faced in social media integration.

**Recommendations to others considering InTouch CRM:**

For managing marketing tools like auto-notifications, emails, customization themes, etc., and interrelated the CRM database with it, this tool is the best choice.

**What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a massive database of customers, and we need regular marketing emails and notifications required to be sent to every customer for the latest deals and offers. Our staff should be aware of the purchases made by the client so that accordingly the deal can be suggested. The customization mail is also our primary requirement which should be connected with the official theme of the mail. This CRM tool can create notifications and emails as per the user requirement and can be sent to the requisite customer based on purchase history.

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

I like the monthly newsletters and how they're pre-written. I also like the automation, you can put someone on a drip campaign, like your past clients especially for their house anniversary.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

I don't like that we have to pay extra to get the pro features. One of my contacts is set up to get listings alerts and I can't tell what he's looking for so that limits my ability to follow up. I feel like we pay a lot of fees as realtors, and it seems like there's always an additional fee that can get you extra features. So if I decide to not get the pro, other agents who do have a leg up and it's not even playing ground. I don't like that, I don't think it's fair

InTouch solves email marketing campaignsproblems. It's important to stay top of mind with your sphere and your leads

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

I love how this does not involve any coding. This is an unique software that has a lot of out of the box functionalities that are inbuilt in the system. The programs are very easy to use and visual friendly for someone who is new the this type of software.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

It is tough to come up with my dislikes for this product. I do have certain recommendations to make the software better, though. Maybe incorporating more beginner-friendly tutorial videos will help the customers.

**What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any type of search engine, all I have to do is type it on InTouch CRM and the job is taken care for you. It is simple product that anyone can use.

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

The ability to track, maintain and see my business relationships in one place. I can create contacts, send and track emails, and mark follow-ups for different activities.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

System interface can be tricky and not very easy/user-friendly. Just learn the system before using it. Less busy and cleaner interface would make things easier, but not a show stopper.

**What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use the software to remind me to make calls, send emails, and track specific conversations with my clients. Being organized allows me to focus on growing business and having a reminder for tasks that are due.

There is nothing I can think of. I like using it.

If you are running a real estate firm and need a way to manage your business, track employees' follow-ups with clients, and have automation in follow-ups, don't hesitate to use this program.

Nothing system works perfectly well no hiccups

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

I like how it is GDPR compliant because it is also compliant with the CCPA of the United States Privacy Law. I also like how it offers a flexible CRM system to help me track the organization according to its size. I don't have to automate a large amount and length of my data manually.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

I don't like how little the limited use of Basic and Intermediate plans are set up. Only the advanced and Bespoke level plans have unlimited contacts entries allowed.

Nothing much they need to upgrade some templates only which sometime feel technical chalanges to some people but overall its very good tool

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

Intouch CRM is one of the best tool i have ever used. It is basically the aitomated tool which provide you the automated services regarding CRM related to your smal and large business. Moreover, the name of the tool is the assurance that you will be in touch with your customer audience. My business didn't responding much good before using this tool but know I am happy because I am leading my business targets by using this easiest tool. It is not wrong I say that its not a tool its a helper which helps you to make stronger your relationship with consumers. It has very nice and easy interface along with the many customization options.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

Sometimes the tool gets stuck until you restart your device but I don't know why why this gonna happen it will makes you frustrated but this happens very rarley So, it is bearable.

Over all i am happy with the tool even i am still using this tool for my business and i recommend you all
it's really a nice tool to use for your business i assure you will gonna like this tool. May someone else

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

This CRM keeps me literally "In touch" with my clients every month, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc with just a quick click.  I love how easy it is to set up groups so I can tag certain clients so they receive the appropriate email.  

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

I have a hard time with the program when I use my MAC, whichI use 98% of the time. It does freeze up a bit when I use the MAC and I have to shut down and start over.  It is a little frustrating.

**Recommendations to others considering InTouch CRM:**

I highly recommend this software if you are looking for something easy to use.

**What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InTouch helps me stay in touch with clients through setting up groups then campaigns.  I do not have to think to send pertinent info it does it all for me. It also reminds me to call my clients which I find helpful as well.

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

I love that I can set up groups and campaigns attached to each group. I can market for up to a year in less than 10 minutes.  I also love the reminders that  alerted to daily.  I like how I can add members to the same family and add birthdays and anniversaries.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

I sometimes have issues when I use my MAC it freezes up.  When I use my desk top I do not have this issue.

**Recommendations to others considering InTouch CRM:**

If you are looking for a CRM that is easy and efficient I highly recommend InTouch CRM.  It makes keeping in touch with your clients so efficient.

**What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I reach out to my clients and prospects on a consistent basis.  I am solving the issue of keeping in touch with prospects and clients . I wouldn't have time to call or send individual emails.  This CRM does it all for me.

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

Email campaigns that you can setup to stay in touch with your sphere of influence are awesome. I also am pleased with the ability to post listings (mine or other agents in my office) directly to social media before hosting open houses. Keeping Blogs active on my website is also great.
Ability to set up Mail campaigns and customize them, eddm option, connection Market Leader are all great features.

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

Lack of link between MLS contacts and in-Touch database contacts. would be nice to keep them in-sync. Contact import process is very slow, should be much faster

**What problems is InTouch CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main function of in-Touch for me is to keep in constant contact with my Sphere of influence. Holiday email campaigns, market updates, anniversary and birthdays greetings, follow-ups with former and recent clients are so much easier with in-Touch.

**What do you like best about InTouch CRM?**

intouchcrm provides such a breadth of function it's like 8 apps in one. email marketing is the core (including multi-steps auto-responders), forms for website capture, polls and surveys, SMS marketing, mailmerge and labels for direct mail, sales contact management, sales pipeline management, billing management, helpdesk, social media as well. 
 - Email Marketing is really strong.
 - Office based sales people will find it easy to use.
 - Single View of Customer is really powerful to support sales. 
 - Support is excellent too, from the UK Headquarters. 
This really is multi-touch, multi-media, multi-channel, marketing and sales for a less than £20 per user per month. 

**What do you dislike about InTouch CRM?**

Individual parts of the system may not have the richness of dedicated point-solutions. Some integrations are not there yet. It doesn't handle social as fully as some dedicated systems. All CRMs involve compromise.

**Recommendations to others considering InTouch CRM:**

If you run a smaller business with 3-30 CRM system users and need an easy to use crm with good function from one end to the other of your marketing and sales and customer service processes then put intouchcrm on your shortlist. 
Talk to the team in Weston-super-Mare in the UK about what you want to achieve and let them suggest ways that intouchcrm can handle it.
