What do you like best about CloseBot?

Closebot is hands down the best conversational AI platform on the market today.

As someone who’s used the platform since Nov 2023 I’ve seen how far it’s come, and it was already ahead from the start.

Setup takes just mins and you can get going quickly. You can also build complex custom bots to handle everything from lead gen to screening applicants for hiring.

What do you like best about CloseBot?

I dislike that sometimes it can feel a bit too automated — like it nudges me even when I already know what I’m doing.

What do you like best about CloseBot?

Its low code or no code approach enable teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently. Its automation strengthens team by diversifying repetitive tasks to automation agents and freeing up resources for important tasks at hand. I love this platform for its user friendly interface. What do you dislike about CloseBot?

I love most part of this platform but I find that the source type was limited. I also wish that there was an inbuilt AI agent that would help us to build templates more effectively as that would save time in building simple automation tools. I have seen that though this platform felt easy for anyone who had experience in building workflow automation before, it was a bit difficult for new individuals. The platform's drag-and-drop functionality allows me to plan and design a jobflow with ease, without needing to overthink or approach it like an architect.

As someone with considerable experience working with AI and an understanding that AI is not perfect and can sometimes misbehave, I often wish I could get under the hood and customize things to my liking, rather than having the platform handle most, if not all, of the heavy lifting for me.

I love CloseBot for its versatility, which allows it to be effectively used in setting up AI chatbots for agency clients. The support provided by CloseBot is top-notch; they are always available to troubleshoot and answer any queries, which gives me confidence and ease while using the software. Furthermore, the features of CloseBot are amazing and surpass other bot-building software, making it the preferred choice for our requirements. Integrating CloseBot with HighLevel has been seamless and allows for a cohesive workflow, further enhancing its utility. Though there was a learning curve initially, CloseBot has successfully become a recurring revenue stream for our business, proving its value and effectiveness. I found the initial setup of CloseBot came with a learning curve. While we've been able to incorporate it successfully as a recurring revenue stream, the process wasn't entirely straightforward for our team. What do you like best about CloseBot?

I really appreciate how CloseBot automates the process of reaching out and qualifying leads, and it also manages call bookings effortlessly. I've never encountered software that does all this on its own, which makes CloseBot uniquely beneficial. Although the cost might initially appear high, it quickly justifies itself with the value it brings. Additionally, the effectiveness of the chatbot allows me to do configuration work in just 10% of the time it used to take me, which increases my productivity and helps me earn more money. I also greatly value the customer support offered by CloseBot, as they resolve any issues in no time and make the initial setup experience simple and hassle-free. The support team is very helpful throughout the entire integration and system teaching process, which gives me confidence in using the tool from the start. I don't like that CloseBot has some errors in the bot and in the conversation interface, which makes it difficult to search for a contact. What do you like best about CloseBot?

I like that CloseBot's newer version allows leads to be directed down different paths based on their responses. This feature allows me to assign them to different agents, creating a more personalized and human-like interaction. The interface is impressively simpler than previous versions, making it more user-friendly. I also appreciate how much more efficient this version is; we moved from Zappy Chat to CloseBot and managed to create an experience of even better quality in just two weeks, compared to the six months it took with our previous service. It was a relief to find that the setup was pretty simple, mostly self-explanatory, and involved a minimal learning curve. With version two, it's even easier now. What do you dislike about CloseBot?

Sometimes when CloseBot is working with an external system, like 'Go High Level,' there are lagging issues, but it's unclear if this is due to CloseBot or the external system. This lag can make the process slow and can be frustrating. Additionally, while there have been improvements, the transparency of the conversation flow on the backend still needs enhancement. I appreciate CloseBot's ability to automatically close old support tickets after a specific time period, which keeps my system clean and ensures that only active conversations are visible to my team. This functionality helps prevent agents from wasting time rechecking old messages and reduces the risk of important, new messages getting buried. By effectively closing inactive conversations, CloseBot helps in highlighting conversations that truly need attention and ensures that my team focuses on real-time issues without any delays. What do you dislike about CloseBot?

Sometimes the bot closes a ticket when the customer was going to reply soon, the issue wasn’t fully resolved, or the agent needed more time, which can feel rushed or premature. The opposite problem also occurs where some teams want inactive chats closed faster, while others desire more follow-ups before closing.
