Honestly, I don't have anything bad to say about CloseBot. The support team is absolutely great! There's a bit of a learning curve like with any powerful tool, but that's to be expected. The Version 2 updates have made everything so much more intuitive with the prompt-based workflow creation. Once you get up to speed, you'll wonder how you ever managed without it.
