The software alone has to be one of the top if not the top in conversation AI, and it's end results are like nothing I have ever seen. If you have a small business or a large corporation, I love how you can add Closebot to many different facets of a businesses daily procedures. It goes far beyond just basic lead generation and follow-up, it can knockout multiple tasks for you to help streamline your business while saving you money and time. BUT that is not my favorite reason for Closebot, the simplicity of the software is like no other. Not coming from a tech background, I have been able to jump in head first and hit the ground running like I have been in the game for years! This is the software that can easily be used by someone just getting into the AI industry as well as the whales already in it! The support you receive is five star as well. They are quick with responses and really know how to trouble shoot the wild ideas we come up with to implement Closebot. I love their intuitive setup with individual prompts for different purposes and step by step objectives for the bot to accomplish, which makes it easier to set up and also helps to keep the bot on track to accomplish the objectives, while not billing huge numbers of AI credits with every message due to a single huge prompt. As a reseller, I also like that CloseBot allows for rebilling of AI credits, versus having to get the customer to subscribe for an API key and add it into the account, which could just complicate matters with tech-averse clients. Of course, an API key can always be added but is not required. I built out a rather complicated bot in CloseBot for a rental home management company who wanted to qualify whether the person messaging was a tenant, landlord or real estate agent before responding with appropriate information. It worked great and I was very impressed! The other thing I absolutely love about CloseBot is that they're constantly innovating. I've been a user for over a year, since earlier days, and the keep making it even more user-friendly, easy to set up and improving functionality to make it even better. I must say, I'm very impressed and a big fan. **What do you dislike about CloseBot?** You know, I love CloseBot so much, I wish they had a voice AI functionality. I've set up other conversational and voice AI's that are not objective-based like CloseBot, and work off of a single big long prompt. I find that they don't follow directions very well, unlike CloseBot, and they don't stay on task very well. CloseBot's objective-based functionality works great and always stays on task, so I have more control over the conversation. It stays focused on it's tasks and actually books the appointment at the end of the call consistently. After it is set up, you almost forget that you have it, because there is nothing really ever goes wrong with it. It completely revolutionized the way that we follow up with our leads and I couldn't do business now of days without it. You can set it up in about an hour and then never miss a lead again. In the fewl times that I have had to work with support, They were attentive, knowledgable and were able to resolve my issue very quicklly. This comes down to two things. 1. CloseBot holds quality of their product very highly and refuses to release a half baked product. and 2. It is so hard for a business owner to do everything that needs to be done to generate leads, from running ads to building funnels, to geofencing, SEO, Webdesign, reputation, and every other thing that needs to be focused on, that when you finally get it all set up correctly and get a strong new lead flow, then you need to follow up with the people who are the fruit of all of your efforts.
