Since going private under Thoma Bravo they have given up on any semblance of innovation and are now years behind their peers. Absolutely zero AI or intelligence embedded - cannot even do basic PO to invoice matching in any reasonable way. Software is highly inflexible and requires you to change your business process for Coupa, rather than fueling your business. commercial terms are exploitive because they know they are hanging on for dear life. The only downfall that I have seen to this point is that when demand has not come to fruition, and we know that it is not going to come in, we do not have a way to zero it out.
