It helps me be aware of the volume I have in my warehouse and produce documentation easily; I just have to input data, and it does it all for me. We began implementing SIQ in 2020 to replace the manual, Excel-based forecasting we had been using previously. The SIQ team handled the integration with our ERP system (EPICOR). Since adopting SIQ, our team has gained much greater insight into stock levels, stock movement, forecasts, and more. The alert features are also very useful, as they allow us to focus on exceptions rather than trying to keep an eye on every product. The SIQ team is incredibly knowledgeable and has provided excellent training. They are also continually evolving the software, so it’s always exciting to see new features and explore how we can use them.
