As this is a data driven platform, it's important to have the required information in the right format to best integrate all the features and simulations. 7bridges gave us visibility of the costs and performance of our carriers, allowing us to make data-driven decisions. We used simulations to determine the impact of changing things in our network, which gave us much more powerful analytical capabilities. We were then able to apply operational changes much more easily by editing constraints in the platform (which we used to book shipments); previously we would have to do a lot of training and wait for IT. 7bridges software helped us make much quicker, informed decisions and give us control over our supply chain in an intuitive platform. There are some features/functionality that we thought would be already available, e.g. ability to optimise for consolidation, which weren’t. However 7bridges were good at recognising gaps, listening to needs and developing solutions. The 7bridges approach to supply chian and logistical challenges align with customer pain points, autmoation is at the heart of what they do, which typically against the grain of the industry.

Creating resiliance at critical times with simplified processes and flows which compliment your teams SOPs. Easy of use is part of the ethos, the UI has been built to keep the number of steps down. We have a range of usacases from frequent warehouse users on a daily basis, through to analysts to audit invoices.

Our intial integration took just 10 days, more advance features were added working in collaboration with the team. It's reducing knowlegde, as people can click and forget. This is a double edge sword as people rely on the features more. Team size, they are growing year on year but being able to get new feature out to market quicker would always be a plus point for customers.

The software from 7bridges enhanced our understanding of carrier costs and performance at a detailed level, empowering us with the ability to make choices based on solid data. Through simulations, we could assess the effects of modifications within our network as well as see optimisation recommendations. Ths platform is simple to use, and the team are open and willing to work with you to create the exactly what is required to achieve your end goals. The customer experience and support team have been by our side walking us through the start of our journey, but also support on the next steps in our digital journey. From the customisation phase, to the "go-live", the overall implementation was relatively seemless. Our journey began simply by creating a baseline for logistic spend, considering of previous method of data collation and analysis was purely analog/manual in nature.
