Implemation of data is straight forward as 7Bridges quickly understands our data and their back-end team utilises their technology to make presentable visuals, presented via an online portal that's easily accessible, view and offers the ability to customise. **What do you dislike about 7bridges?** As this is a data driven platform, it's important to have the required information in the right format to best integrate all the features and simulations. Without the right uniform format across all the vendors' reports, could limit the depth of data analysis the platform deserves and able to offer. **What problems is 7bridges solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7Bridges presents data analysis quickly in usable reports that's as close to live data as data are gathered and integrated. The online platform enables fast search of past invoices and reviewing of historical costs. Additionally, highlights potential disputable charges. We used simulations to determine the impact of changing things in our network, which gave us much more powerful analytical capabilities. We were then able to apply operational changes much more easily by editing constraints in the platform (which we used to book shipments); previously we would have to do a lot of training and wait for IT. 7bridges software helped us make much quicker, informed decisions and give us control over our supply chain in an intuitive platform. **What do you dislike about 7bridges?** There are some features/functionality that we thought would be already available, e.g. ability to optimise for consolidation, which weren’t. However 7bridges were good at recognising gaps, listening to needs and developing solutions. The implementation was slower than originally proposed, however we still rolled out the software much faster than other software implementations. **What problems is 7bridges solving and how is that benefiting you?** 7bridges is enabling us to improve our supply chain much quicker, as we’re not reliant on IT. With the visibility of all data in once place and the ability to ask ‘what if’ questions, we’re able to make better and quicker decisions and then realise those benefits faster (e.g. using new carriers, changing things operationally). Creating resiliance at critical times with simplified processes and flows which compliment your teams SOPs. Easy of use is part of the ethos, the UI has been built to keep the number of steps down. We have a range of usacases from frequent warehouse users on a daily basis, through to analysts to audit invoices. Our intial integration took just 10 days, more advance features were added working in collaboration with the team. Backed up by great customer support our warehouse opperatives can easliy reach out to the 7bridges team if they have any shipping realated questions. **What do you dislike about 7bridges?** It's reducing knowlegde, as people can click and forget. This is a double edge sword as people rely on the features more. Team size, they are growing year on year but being able to get new feature out to market quicker would always be a plus point for customers. We would prefer more API features, leveraging the power of there technology to make things seamless which would improve the efficeny of our integration and work pocesses. **What problems is 7bridges solving and how is that benefiting you?** We dispatch high-value items in varying sizes both domestically and across borders. As carriers constantly introduce new shipping methods and with changes in border regulations, leveraging all available options significantly enhances our ability to operate on a just-in-time model. Reducing redundant data entry also refines our processes and accuracy, ultimately maintaining our customers' satisfaction. ### 5. Through simulations, we could assess the effects of modifications within our network as well as see optimisation recommendations. This helped us run a robust procurement exercise that provided much better outcomes than we’ve ever seen before It’s also easy to use and didn’t require IT setup which was a big plus. We’re now expanding to use 7Bridges to automate our dispatch processes across multiple locations and geographies and the process has been seamless. **What do you dislike about 7bridges?** The overall functionality is great but I had to zoom out to see everything as I have small screen. The customer experience and support team have been by our side walking us through the start of our journey, but also support on the next steps in our digital journey. From the customisation phase, to the "go-live", the overall implementation was relatively seemless. Our journey began simply by creating a baseline for logistic spend, considering of previous method of data collation and analysis was purely analog/manual in nature. Some might argue that it should integrate an OMS to be even more beneficial for ECommerce business, but it is not the Core Business of 7Bridges. **What problems is 7bridges solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main issues at implementation time were linked to the Online Business and usage of express carrier services: - How could we be sure that all SLAs were respected and, if not, that all claims were logged in? - How could we make sure to have the most cost-effective option and, at the same time, deliver as fast as possible to the end customer? - How could we implement "direct-from-store" shipments for the ECommerce, removing "guess-work" from store employees? - How could we ship "export" from the stores (resolving the issue of generating export documents)? ### 10.
