What do you like best about Blue Yonder Network & Control Tower?

BY LCT is one of the best control tower application I have come across.The dashboard is very friendly. You can track your shipment and inventory with ease. It also has drill down capabilities where you can manage exceptions and alerts. The algorithm is powered by AI and Machine Learning capabilities. It can be integrated with other BY modules like the TMS. You can view the inbound and outbound shipments with ease and then take necessary action. For inventory tracking,The detailed UI shows you the exact week when the inventory is falling short. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Blue Yonder Network & Control Tower?

In our implementation of BY LCT, we faced major issues with integration with Fourkites which was providing real time shipment status. Sometimes the carrier website had data which was more accurate. During the implementation, we encountered many bugs. Blue Yonder as well as Fourkites were slow in responding to bug fixes. There were also issues with integration with JDA connect for processing bulk data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Blue Yonder Network & Control Tower solving and how is that benefiting you?

It predicts future supply chain disruptions using AI/ML capabilities. It has helped us to move from ETA to PTA (Expected Time of Arrival to Predicted Time of Arrival). It also helped to track the inventory level dynamically and also facilitated exception handling. Custom reports can be created using power BI.
