I am in purchasing and it has made me more efficient in all of my tasks. We have a dozen vendors and over 30k SKUs (mostly inactive) but still a lot to manage. Prior to Netstock I used Excel and this was unworkable. Netstock now creates my orders for me and with the correct setup, review is minimal. We use a hub and spoke model and have 6 spoke DCs that we distribute product to so I also use the "Order from distribution center" function to create my transfers. I like the intuitive interface of Netstock and appreciate the deep insights it provides into stock levels, pending purchase orders, and sales forecasts. It helps by highlighting aged purchase orders, allowing us to manage stock levels more accurately by removing them from replenishment plans. I also find it valuable for identifying sales orders that are pending and need to be fulfilled from existing stock, considering aspects like the age of stock. The clever stock profiling feature is impressive. The transition from manual processes to Netstock was a huge uplift, and the setup was easy, as it came pre-integrated into our environment. Any slight performance glitches were quickly resolved by the team. There is a great AI suggestion capability about suggesting optimising factors that are influencing stock levels and sales order fulfilment. That could be enhanced even further to broaden the impact of the capability of AI within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the fact that Netstock has so much detail that can be drilled down to all levels helps us plan and make sure that all of our stock is accurate and our service KPIs are reached. I really like the displays and the summary views, they are really good as well. The spreadsheets it generates are very detailed and quite good. The visual displays help us see instantly what we need to order, and depending on the correct information fed into it, Netstock will generate purchase orders and suggest quantities to order based on MOQs, which is fairly standard. We haven't had Netstock for too long, so I haven't been able to really have a look at all of the features to see if there are any improvements to be made. I'll know more once we use it a bit more, and we might then find things that may be lacking. Definitely being able to accurately measure suppliers or their performance is something that I really would like to achieve through Netstock. I really like how Netstock's dashboard provides visibility, allowing me to see many phases of the inventory matrix in one snapshot and easily drive in quickly to get to the needed points. It's great for seeing items performing quickly at each location and understanding trends up or down. It's key to see it as a whole and at every warehouse level. The initial setup of Netstock was very easy and pretty straightforward, with no real hiccups, even though our setup is somewhat complicated with a lot of customization. I like the predictive analytics from Netstock that provides a pop-up when stock is empty or excessive. This feature helps in cash flow planning by predicting the items that need to be purchased. In my feature. When I want to see the position of excess stock or out of stock on a national level, Netstock cannot calculate on a peer-to-peer basis but rather as a cumulative aggregate, causing stock to be written off by other branches even though there is excess or shortage in other branches. Due to the wide geography, it is not easy to rebalance, so there should be an option for the calculation method. Then, what I don't like is that there is no dashboard that can provide one-step detail, so I have to use other tools outside of Netstock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Netstock very easy and intuitive to use, which is great. It's also pretty easy to pull reports and see what's going on. I like how we can quickly see how a SKU has been performing and the sales quantity, and it provides a good tool for our purchasing team when they need to place purchase orders. The graphs are very intuitive and easy to drill into, which helps us communicate clearly where we can make the biggest differences in our stockholding. Some products that we assemble here aren't handled quite so well. Also, it would be great to look at product variances all in one go rather than having to check each individual SKU, especially for items like gloves that come in multiple sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the dashboard and opportunity engine. The dashboard gives me a clear summary of what's happening across all our locations, especially with potential stockouts, stockouts, and excess stock. The opportunity engine has helped me catch excess or dead stock in one location that can be transferred to another, saving us from having hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of product just sitting unsold. It also flags overdue POs and potential stockouts, which lets me act before they become bigger issues. Since using Netstock, I've managed to reduce extra stock by about 10% and freed up a lot of my time that would otherwise be spent manually checking multiple locations and SKUs. I love the user-friendliness of Netstock. I also love that reports are generated easily, which has drastically decreased the time needed to get them ready compared to when we pulled them manually using our ERP. With Netstock, predicting stock outs and excess stock has become more efficient, and it aids significantly in business decisions.
