It help better when the carrier is configured with logisoft . For example Sallaum lines. **What do you dislike about Logisoft?** I won't say that there is downside for the moment since Mr Tarceck is ready to update any change we want to make to facilitate the work. Logisoft is good system. But, initially it is designed for NVO and not for OFF and NVOCC so my team and I are still having difficulties on some points. We have sent some request that Mr Tarek quickly took care of it. Our bookings get announced instantly to the carrier, terminal and customs broker and we receive all the updates automatically. In addition, it has robust billing and pricing features. We input our tariff, add any manual charge, generate the invoices and have them sent to the customers in bulk in a matter of minutes.
