If the file is heavy, performance will definitely decline and for the features that are considered to be very important like powerful rendering, advanced modeling tools, and better material management—most of them already be paid plugins or third-party extensions. The ease of use is a plus for newcomers to 3D modeling, but it can eventually turn out to be a constraint for projects that are meant for professional quality. SketchUp has the ability to rapidly transform the initial design concepts into precise, correlative 3D images, thus eliminating the need for proficiency in CAD or a complex process. We have a large team over here and with ARES we have good collaborative features like Commenting on the drawing, picture note and Version history. Which really helped us to cut down our overall project completion time.

you also have different way of buildings, which in my opinion they could connect more between them. Sometimes the file get too big, spacially with the bim objects, that could be treat with some coding. Also you kind of lost complete control of design when you are trying to mix constructive objects with extrudes or 3d symbols.Implementation and integration were relatively easy but exist a big curve of learning I faced after, in comparison with others softwares. 1. The app for macos which I use I find that it is really buggy I have had multiple hanging and software bugs

In Naviswork when we open a NWD file there should be an option to delete the NWC files which are loaded in the Main combined file, Because sometimes it causes Overlaping of all the old as well as latest NWC files resulting confusion in current location of objects.
