What I like most about Procore is how detailed and thorough the training is. As a student preparing to graduate, I wanted to stay ahead and make myself more marketable to employers, so I decided to start taking Procore courses early. Even though I just began the classes today, I can already see how valuable they are the videos and descriptions are very comprehensive. Even if you don’t remember every detail, the way the material is presented makes it easy to revisit concepts and quickly refresh your memory.

Handoff is a tool I didn't know how much I would love until I started using it every single day for multiple projects. This software is built for the residential contractor, but all of my work is commercial and it works just as well. A lot of AI completely removes the human aspect and ability to contribute in an autonomous way. With Handoff, I can proactively work with the software to generate desired outcomes and shape my estimates the way I used to do them in an excel spreadsheet.
Handoff saves time, provides access to professional templates, and for me, has been a great education tool. When creating cost analysis reports or scope of work documents, it's unusually thought provoking. It has challenged me to be aware of every cost, big and small, that a task or scope of work requires.
Paired with the manual input from performing my takeoffs, I know I am providing clients accurate, competitive pricing with as little or as much detail as I feel necessary.

What I value most about JobTread is the clarity and structure it brings to my business. It didn’t just give me better software — it forced me to think and operate more intentionally. I love how Togal.AI organizes all our items in one easy-to-access software in the browser, which makes takeoffs effortless and super easy to get started. The features for duplicating items and comparing sheets are fantastic because they make it simple to find discrepancies and changes during Addenda Reviews. This feature saves me so much time by letting me overlay the previous sheet under the new one to easily see and mark any changes, ensuring I don't miss any details. Working from home or any laptop is seamless since Togal.AI works in a browser. The AI aspect really boosts our productivity and ease of workflow. Setting Togal.AI up was super easy; you just configure a few settings on the first takeoff, and it’s smooth sailing from there. We’ve had a largely positive experience with Acumatica. The platform is reasonably priced, especially given the breadth of functionality it offers. It’s also highly customizable and scalable, which has allowed it to fit the specific needs of our industry and continue to adapt as our organization grows.
A major advantage for our team has been how well Acumatica integrates with Excel and Velixo. Being able to import and export data easily, build reports, and work within a familiar Excel environment has made our financial reporting and analysis much more efficient.
We’ve also found the support team to be responsive and helpful, which matters a lot when implementing new workflows or refining existing ones in a system as robust as an ERP.

Instead of jumping around between Excel and paper notes and a handful of other software's that all don't work together, everything is under one roof. It has made it significantly easier to keep track of everything happening on my different sites with my crews and my subs. I also like the time I have saved by using the templates allowing me to do my quotes much faster, for example a bathroom reno that normally takes a couple hours to quote I can whip out in under 20 minutes. They have completely reworked their service module to make it a far more robust experience which truly helps us manage this part of our business. They have added markups to documents, reworked and upgraded project scheduling, and recently added AI features which speed up processes for bills.
