A major advantage is its Ease of Use; the intuitive dashboard simplifies Project Management tasks like tracking finances and change orders. Information Access is streamlined through a central dashboard and mobile app, and the responsive Customer Support team adds significant value and confidence for the user. **What do you dislike about WERX?** As a newer platform, Werx has some limitations. Its Project Collaboration tools are less developed, which could be a challenge for larger teams with extensive subcontractor communication. The native Time Tracking feature is functional but lacks advanced reporting. The primary drawback remains its evolving nature; frequent updates, while beneficial long-term, can disrupt established workflows as users adapt to changes. **What problems is WERX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had a couple issues on my dashboard that I raised to customer support. They took my call, immediately showed their product team, and fixed it. The error wasn't supposed to be happening. During the call my rep told me the changes they have planned, and the reasons they did things the way they did. It was nice. I'm not the perfect target audience, but he still listened and I'm happy with the current product. If it gets better that's even better for me. ### 2. The ability to track time, manage documents, and communicate with the team through the app makes day-to-day tasks much more efficient. **What do you dislike about WERX?** What I dislike is that the app can feel limited in certain areas. For example, reports could be more customizable, and sometimes the app runs a little slow with larger files. **What problems is WERX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Werx helps solve the challenge of tracking labor hours, job costs, and invoices in construction accounting. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or paperwork, the app centralizes financial data so everything is easier to manage and less likely to get lost or miscalculated. ### 3. Just the AIA pay application itself is worth the price of the subscription, but it does so much more than that. **What do you dislike about WERX?** It could use a scheduling module as well as automatic numbering for PO's. **What problems is WERX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been trying to get all of our systems under one software program. We have had difficulty finding a single package to do all of the things that must be done as a commercial subcontractor. Werx has the proper modules and workflows to save a lot of time and potentially costly mistakes. ### 4. The worst part is, I am unable to decide whether or not to share the breakdown with the client in the version. **What do you dislike about WERX?** Unable to view the customers name and job number on the invoice screen. It doesnt help me stay organized and simplify my invoicing process. So far I have encountered many drawbacks. Its a poor tool that complicates my work. **What problems is WERX solving and how is that benefiting you?** The project management aspect uses some improvement. Its not entirely clear if they are actively working on increasing it which leaves room for uncertainty. It falls short when it comes to providing an invoicing process. ### 7. It is so easy to use and makes project management much easier. The way it assimilates with quickbooks is extremely helpful. You can track anything within this program on every project.
