It is very complete, very easy to use, you can find a lot of features for different areas so it makes it very versatile, also, you can have a lot of information in one place, which makes it convenient for businesses that would like to have a more organized system. One downside for me in the estimating part is that, even when is very easy to start an estimate directly in the system, if you delete something by mistake you will not have an undo button, that makes me prefer to work my estimate on an excel and uploaded at the end. It was very easy to implement and is easy to use. I don’t utilize all of its many features, but it still meets all of my needs. I use it several times a day, every day, and it’s been consistently reliable for what I need. The integration with QuickBooks Online is very smooth and was also very easy to implement. I wish that ConstructionOnline had a bid management platform. An even bigger wish would be that Redline Takeoff would be more functional. It's okay, but doesn't really stack up against other third party software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the ease of use with UDA ConstructionOnline. Other CRM tools I've used in the past weren't as user-friendly. I also love the project folders feature. It allows me to have everything related to a project like scheduling, to-do lists, completion lists, and pictures all in one place, which is incredibly convenient. Being able to access those details when I can't physically be at every job site is really nice. Overall, UDA ConstructionOnline is the greatest construction software I've ever used. I find the chat pop-up more of a nuisance than a help. It's always in the way, and I'm constantly fighting to move it around the page. I'd prefer an option to remove it from the screen unless I activate it. Also, integrating with QuickBooks has been difficult. Some of my team members who haven't used CRM software before struggled getting use to UDA ConstructionOnline but with a little bit of training by the awesome team at UDA and some time spent applying those lessons, they all have a firm grasp on operations. What I like best about the system is that it truly has everything we need — there’s nothing missing. The QuickBooks integration works seamlessly, which makes our financial tracking effortless. Honestly, any time there’s something I dislike or think could be improved, I reach out to the ConstructionOnline team and they always do their best to address it. Our company has relied on UDA Construction Online for 15 years, and we've grown alongside COL during that time. As a general contractor, nearly all of our needs have been met by the platform. One of UDA's greatest strengths is their accessibility and responsiveness whenever we've had questions or required assistance.

We requested what we believe to be a minor accounting adjustment—a rounding issue that appears straightforward but still hasn't been resolved. While it may seem insignificant, this problem creates complications that require manual corrections, which should not be necessary. WB&P required the use of a program that would allow us to manage a $1B+ development on virgin land that would consist of numerous users with various levels of sophistication of using a program. Our program team consisted of engineers, hydrologists and land planners who were very familiar using programs; to owners, board members and lawyers who had never used a system with the capabilities of COL. We chose Construction OnLine since it provided all the structure and capabilities that we had decided was critical to the project and allowed us to incorporate the appropriate team member access to data. This feature provided the ability to store sensitive financial information such as invoices etc.

COL’s program was easy to learn especially utilizing the short training modules and the “chat” feature which provided immediate assistance by subject matter experts eliminating downtime. We were quickly able to get schedules, program contact info, estimates and “to do’s” up and running. The engineers, hydrologists and land planners ability to upload large files, drawings and models with versions stored was critical in project coordination since team members were in various parts of the country. Once construction started, the ability for contractors and field personnel to record daily logs, upload photos, and perform checklist directly on their phones, or tablets provided efficiencies that allowed them to remain on site longer.

From a management perspective the ability to customize reports and pull data, photos all from one integrated system allowed increase visibility and accuracy of consistent reporting.

Finally, the program manager and me, deputy program manager, was impressed with our Construction OnLine Representatives checking in with us and encouraging us submit upgrades to the program that would make managing a large program more efficient.
