I don't have any complaints. Accubuild is great. When we have come across issues, they are made aware and constantly work on improvement. I like the bank reconciliation, the ability to detail payroll in the manner we need and to impute non-cash fringe benefits. We use A|B Mobile and the time entered in the field imports directly into A|B. The interaction with Aatrix for fling quarterly and annual payroll reports is very accurate and saves time filing electronically. We use the document routing for accounts payable invoices and the document module for filing documents electronically per job or vendor. When analyzing data in A|B, the MAR reports exported to Excel are helpful. The AccuBuild Analytics module helps me in exporting jobs in progress reports for adjusting estimates or by project manager or salesman. The Project Management module is very robust but rather complicated. I have began setting up this module and I am hopeful it will be advantageous to us and our PMs can learn it. The report writer in A|B is very complicated and the normal user will not be able to setup reports. I have found when I need custom reports written, they are finished in a reasonable amount of time. AccuBuild has really nice reports and is pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it. I like that I can "drill down" on numbers in certain reports and that I can also resort information, again depending on the module I'm in and what I am doing. Also, my trainer has been amazing. Lisa is a great asset to the company and was a huge help in getting me up and running, especially after I transitioned from a software that had used for over 20 years. There were a few aspects from my old software that were not available in my AccuBuild software that we had to develop work arounds for (401k match, GL insurance accrual to jobs, etc...). We did it, but there is a functionality/reporting issue with one of the workarounds (GL insurance burden) that I pointed out several months ago. I was told it would be looked at by the programming department, but it has still not been fixed, forcing me to manually adjust the report each time I use it. We have been a valued client of AccuBuild for close to 15 years which says a lot. Our payroll and job costing needs are handled easily and efficiently through their integrated software system and we are able to stay on top of our projects quickly to make adjustments. During the pandemic, AccuBuild on the cloud has allowed us to continue to stay on top of our business without any disconnect from the field and office. I have to input my payroll manually because of our payroll procedures and multiple pay scales, however, AB does offer multiple ways to import payroll, etc. That's not to say it's not user-friendly, It just doesn't work for us. I may have to take more time entering PR each week, however, the reports and information I'm able to drill down by employee, state, etc. is beyond useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accubuild provides us with tailored solutions that we could not get from anyone else. Other companies put your software special requests on a list, which typically ends up in the trash. Accubuild will listen to your request, give you a price for the solution, and build it. It's awesome. We can more accurately see where we are on our projects - Our way. Accubuild has always been consistent with the accounting side of the software. The job costing is very effective and allows our company a seamless process from project set up to project finish. The system works well for us whether we are acting as a general contractor or a subcontractor on a job. The payroll system is very user-friendly as well as all other accounting functions. The time tracking function only operates on a Sunday-Saturday work week. Ours runs Wednesday through Tuesday, so it gets confusing when we are entering time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
