What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

What I like best about YouCanBookMe is how it simplifies scheduling and eliminates the back-and-forth that usually comes with booking client meetings. It automatically syncs with my calendar, ensuring availability is always accurate and preventing double bookings. For me as an account manager, it saves a lot of time and makes the process seamless for clients, they can easily find a slot that works for them without needing to email or call. What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

What I dislike about YouCanBookMe is that customization can feel somewhat limited, especially when trying to tailor the booking experience to different types of clients or meeting formats. Some of the more advanced features, like detailed branding or complex workflows, require extra setup or are only available on higher plans. While it handles the basics very well, I sometimes wish there was more flexibility for integrating with other tools or adding personalized touches to the booking flow. What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

YCBM is a great scheduling tool when it works, but needs more 'basic' functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

1. I am extremely disappointed with YCBM support, as despite implementing the system for scheduling, the support team appears unfamiliar with managing time zones, struggled to book in GMT, provided incorrect guidance, and lacked a crucial function, leaving a simple issue—where my team couldn’t view round-robin appointments—unresolved for over a week, resulting in two missed appointments and financial loss, while the support representative wrongly implied the error was mine and advised changing a time zone setting that didn’t exist.

2. YCBM should allow for individual personalization of notifications rather than applying the same settings to all appointments.

3. There needs to be a function for diary owners to label appointments differently, such as "Second Appointment" or "Personal Appointment," to support accurate data analysis.

4. The export data function is overly detailed and complex, making it difficult to extract and use the information efficiently.

5. Individual adviser availability should work across multiple diaries, including personal and linked diaries, rather than being restricted to a single personal calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

The platform made it easy to book and schedule clients for headshots for a large project. I will continue to use the platform in the future, as it is a very intuitive platform. What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

It is an amazing tool to create booking page and sent a simple link to clients to schedule a meeting. The booking page is highly customizable and has easy to use interface to change availability times. Also the email notification of new meetings is quite handy as well. The platform sometimes has errors when someone tries to book a available slots. Also the calendar sync is not perfect and needs improvement. Overall the first look and feel of the platform is a bit dark for my liking takes time to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was a YCBM employee and I've carried YCBM with me ever since. Because I worked there I know how much they care about the customers and that they'll always be working on making it better for both users: the paying customers and their bookers.

You Can Book Me is a great scheduling tool which integrates with other systems. I love how customizable it can be to suit your needs. If the interface does work for you, they also have an API interface which allows you to use much of the same functionality. Customer support is also fantastic and very responsive. What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

The past few years of us using YouCanBook.Me has gone well rather smoothly. But for the past month we have encountered a major glitch in their system that resulted to us losing sales. Our page has shown that we're "unavailable" to book even though our calendar says otherwise. And our calendar in YouCanBook.Me kept multiplying - to a degree that it has reached 36 calendars. And I had to go through each of those calendars just to see which one would work - only for it to stop working a couple of hours later.

For two whole weeks now their customer service has told me that their devs have been working on it but there is no sense of urgency from their side, and as a paying client, I am extremely dissatisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
