What I like best about YouCanBookMe is how it simplifies scheduling and eliminates the back-and-forth that usually comes with booking client meetings. It automatically syncs with my calendar, ensuring availability is always accurate and preventing double bookings. For me as an account manager, it saves a lot of time and makes the process seamless for clients, they can easily find a slot that works for them without needing to email or call. What I dislike about YouCanBookMe is that customization can feel somewhat limited, especially when trying to tailor the booking experience to different types of clients or meeting formats. Some of the more advanced features, like detailed branding or complex workflows, require extra setup or are only available on higher plans. While it handles the basics very well, I sometimes wish there was more flexibility for integrating with other tools or adding personalized touches to the booking flow.
