    "My Job Made 10x Easier: 1. Automation. Automation. Automation. Literally, anything you can think to automate in a sales role, Groove can do it. We have this idea that things can either be automated or they can be personal. The great think about Groove is that they can be both. We are doing highly personalized outreach at a large scale. 2. Integration. Groove pulls data from Salesforce like Groove is Salesforce. I use Groove for things that are originally supposed to be done in Salesforce, but Groove just does it better and faster. 3. Support. These guys have never let me down. Lighning response time and they really know their product."

    "Perfect for post trade show follow up: It saves me tons of time in my sales role. It also has a feature that rates the likelihood of a response as you are creating the email, which has been accurate and helped me with my other email campaigns. I would say this product saves me about 10 hours per week in email follow up. The only time consuming part is building the campaign and the lists, after that its real turnkey. It also works well for waking up inactive leads."

    "Game changer : Playbooks is being used by the Sales department to keep track of cadence and make it easier to keep track of accounts that come into our pipeline. It is an amazing tool that makes it easy to go through a full cadence with all accounts. With Playbooks, you can see exactly what accounts you have to call or email on each day. It is truly a game changer. The only thing I wish it could do is to make it so I don't have to go back to the dashboard and select my emails to continue getting my email tasks done.     "Good Product for Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Engage is really easy to use for both marketing and sales teams. As a marketer, I can easily create email templates in Pardot and make those available to my Engage users to use throughout the Sales process allowing me to get some metrics on open rates for email subject lines to those templates. It also makes it easier for my sales team to have starting points when they reach out to prospects. While they customize most of the emails they send, the templates provide a great starting point and typically include relevant resources they can send. I also like how the sales team get real-time alerts anytime one of their leads or contacts visits our websites, opens an email, clicks on a link, or accesses a piece of content. This provides them with another layer of insight into their behavior which is extremely helpful in the sales process."

The support team members are also very friendly/helpful and go out of their way to make sure you understand how to use the platform and have a high chance of achieving good results with it. Tracking of opens and clicks (as well as tracking for problems such as different types of bounced e-mails) is very detailed which is very helpful for planning future campaigns."
