They have thought of everything when it comes to features, and they're always coming up with new ways to make using Salesforce from right inside my Gmail program even easier.

I really value the email syncing features directly with Salesforce. I can see Opportunity data right in my inbox and sync an email to a Contact or Opportunity with ease!
