"State-of-the- Art WP form - for novice and pros!"

What do you like best about WPForms?

WPForms is highly customizable, easy to use, and it has tons of addons. They have a working support, and it meets professional needs, Other form vendors don't have the features, I needed. And, it is not volume priced. So I am not running into higher costs, the more successful I got with my free scientific, valid, personality survey evaluation. And, I like the form templates, you can start immediatly. It is a WP plugin, that you can rely on. I can easily connect my E-Mail Marketing software to WPForms, and It is fast and interactive. With short codes, on can integrate WPForms to one's website. So It has my CD/CI. Nice.

It is easily installed, and the interface is pretty intuitive and pleasant. I like the WP dashboard integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPForms?

it could be a little bit more intuitive for non-coders. If one plays with the CSS Classes, and clicks on the wizzards, the classes accumulate. The result is a nasty page. Functionally I have no problems with WPForms. There could be more payment provider gateways provided, especially for Europe (e.g. Klarna, billsafe, wepay skrill )paydirekt. It seems to have its limitations to customize some code. Stylingwise I would expect a little bit more. I wish it had more signup options in one form. I wish it had more how-to-vids at youtube, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering WPForms:

companies / people shoud look for a well integrated form to avoid adaptation problems and costs.

Always try to calculate the TCO. And, implementatio problems incur not only costs, but time to market, market share and customer satisfaction. Workflow is important.

Not only is it easy to create complete forms and survesa, it actually is well integrated into WP. Other form builders left me frustrated because they were complicated to set up or didn't work beyond the first test. WP has worked every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPForms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Looking for a new form vendor for my online survey. I am using multiple reliable personality trait inventories (among others OCEAN) and process them automatically.It is not just multiple likert scales, but open questions as well, which had to be validated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best plugin for my growing website"

What do you like best about WPForms?

I love the flexibility and the add-ons that I get with the plugin (some are in the Pro version) . I especially love the signature block feature. It's a life save now that a lot of transactions will no be virtual. Also the facebook community is awesome. Very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Stop wasting time with manual or clunky plugins. I literally built 3 forms dynamically in workshops with our staff and had the finished product at the end of the workshop. So painless and robust feeling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
