My Team Leads and Directors dont use it. I feel recognition is "emtpy" with not a lot of substance. It feels repetative at times. There is an extrovert bias with those employees that are naturally more social, vocal or visable tend to recieve more recogonition than our quite heros who do essentail work behind the scences. There is a clique culture where you see the same employees getting recognized over and over again. It feels like people are getting recognized soley for corporate optics then genuine gratitude. Recency bias with people recognizing what happened today or yesterday vs. those who are working long term grueling projects that take months to complete. Not everyone wants to be in the spotlight and this program doesnt seem designed to address those personalities. As such I have seen this program cause anxiety in employees rather then a reward. **What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?** I haven't noticed Workhuman Social Recognition solving anything for my organization or providing benefits. It doesn't mean much to me. When they took the ability to earn awards away from us it removed any value I saw in the program. ### 2. I also find it helpful to be able to filter by my balance. It is easy to give points to coworkers and employees and it is easy to redeem your points for prizes. The software is user friendly and the dashboard works well. **What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?** The gift options are lacking significantly. The company is charged a certain amount of money per point, however the available prize options to the employee do not translate to anything close to the cost paid for the points. For example, 1,000 points could cost the company $100, however the prizes available to the employee for 1,000 points can vary from a fair market value of $15-$75. This doesn't reward employees with the full reward the employer is paying for and Workhuman is making money off of this. **What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. This software is not helpful as the prizes are not anything people want often-times and cost way too much to the employer for what the employee is actually receiving. ### 9.
