4.5/5
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize colleagues for their contributions, teamwork, and achievements. It makes it easy to praise people and helps create a culture of appreciation. Giving and receiving recognition motivates employees, strengthens teamwork, and encourages positive behavior. It also makes accomplishments visible and valued across the organization, which supports engagement and a more collaborative work environment. As an analyst, I can recognize team members who improve processes, maintain quality standards, support collaboration, and help achieve business goals. I also like using it alongside tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook, so I can acknowledge contributions in real time as I work across teams. The initial setup was straightforward and took minimal effort; the platform was easy to access, navigate, and adopt, with little training required. I find it easy to use and a valuable way to encourage meaningful recognition and support a positive, collaborative workplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’d like better search and filtering so I can find past recognition more easily. "Easy, Meaningful Recognition That Strengthens Workplace Culture"
5/5
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

What I like most about Workhuman Social Recognition is how easy it is to recognize colleagues for their contributions in a meaningful and visible way. The platform makes recognition feel more immediate than waiting for formal reviews or milestones. I especially appreciate being able to connect recognition to specific accomplishments and share appreciation across teams, which helps reinforce a positive workplace culture. The recognition and rewards component also adds tangible value and makes appreciation feel more impactful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

One area that could be improved is the rewards redemption experience. Depending on what you are looking for, it can take some time to find a reward that feels like the best use of your recognition points, some Giftcards are not completely redeemable or may reference to other restaurants. Some rewards are priced higher than others, which can be strange, as all points should be the same dollar amount across categories. More competitive redemption value, additional reward choices, and better filtering or recommendations would make the recognition experience even more rewarding. What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

What I like best about Workhuman Social Recognition is how easy it makes it to recognize and appreciate colleagues for their contributions. The platform provides a simple and engaging way to give recognition, helping build a positive and supportive work culture. I especially like that recognitions are visible across teams, which increases transparency and motivates employees to perform their best. The rewards and points system is another valuable feature, as it adds meaningful appreciation beyond just verbal praise. Overall, it strengthens employee engagement, boosts morale, and helps foster stronger connections among team members across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

While the platform is easy to use, I feel the search and filtering options could be improved, especially when trying to find older recognitions or specific employee achievements. Additionally, notifications can sometimes feel repetitive, making it easy to overlook important recognition updates. Enhancing customization options for notifications and improving navigation would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Inclusion Adviser: Fast, Intuitive UI for Professional, Unbiased Comments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

"Inclusion Adviser" AI assistant is very helpful where it helped to make my appreciation comments professional and unbiased. The entire page is having simple UI design, uncluttered so that I can focus on writing good comments and sharing media. The page responds fast and is intuitive, where section headings give you the direct indication of what I can do, rather than guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The "Award Media" section has some GIFs, and some of the pre-built images, but I found the collection to be very poor. I would have liked to see a better collection of images suited for corporate situation. Many of them were good for close friends than colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Social, Feel-Good Recognition Tool with Great Milestone Reminders"
5/5
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I really like the social aspect of it—being able to see what others are being recognized for and to share in that recognition. I also appreciate the reminders for milestones like work anniversaries and birthdays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I think it would be helpful to receive notifications when others comment on a recognition I’ve received, or on a recognition I’ve commented on. I understand that some people may not want all the notifications that can follow after interacting with a post or being included in one, so it would be great to have an option to unfollow or mute notifications for that specific recognition. "Workhuman Makes Recognition Quick, Visible, and Meaningful"
5/5
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

What I like most is that Workhuman makes recognition quick, visible, and easy through a clean interface, useful integrations, and smart prompts that help people recognize the right moments. It is reliable, easy to get started with, and well supported, while giving organizations a practical way to strengthen engagement and culture and see real value from their recognition efforts. I personally feel, ROI that we're getting is more in terms of uplifting each other through the recognition system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

Pricing, seems to be an issue that not every org (SMB to Large Enterprise) can afford it. For Giants, ROI can be measured with people success and their upliftment, but for smaller orgs, pricing matters the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Reliable Recognition Platform That Boosts Morale and Rewards"
5/5
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The #WOW platform at AtkinsRealis is powered by Workhuman, and it creates a simple and effective way to recognise employee performance which boosts morale. The interface is easy to navigate which makes it widely accessible. Awards are displayed, the number of points accumulated are tracked in the corner, and points can be converted for shopping. Workhuman also allows users to filter products by the amount of points that they have, making it easier to make selections out of the many options available. Workhuman updates quickly, it is reliable, and it is integrated within other AtkinsRealis platforms, through which employees are notified that they have points available or recognition to view. The platform is incredibly valuable to my team and I believe it is worth the investment of the company, and due to the ease of use there is little to no training or onboarding needed for employees to navigate Workhuman, yet the recognition help centre is available to guide users through. Workhuman also uses autointelligence features to provide personalised recommendations in the 'for you' page which guide me to the most relevant posts from my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

While Workhuman is generally easy to use, there are some areas where the experience could be improved. The platform contains a large number of recognition posts, reward options and features, which can occasionally make it difficult to find specific content or products without using filters. Although the user interface is intuitive overall, some pages require multiple clicks to reach the desired information, particularly when browsing reward categories or reviewing past recognition activity. The integration with other AtkinsRéalis platforms works well and notifications are helpful, but at times I receive several reminders or updates relating to recognition activity, which can feel repetitive. Similarly, while the reward catalogue offers a wide range of products, the availability and value of some items can vary, meaning users may need to spend time comparing options before redeeming points. From a support and onboarding perspective, there is very little training required due to the simplicity of the platform. However, because most employees can begin using it immediately, some of the more advanced features and guidance available through the help centre may be overlooked. The personalised recommendations and intelligent features are useful, but there are occasions when the content surfaced on the "For You" page does not feel significantly different from what is already visible elsewhere on the platform. "Simple, Fast UI with Strong Workday Integration and Helpful AI Recognition"
4/5
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The UI is simple and easy to use. It integrates strongly with other company's sites like Workday. Performance is fast, rarely see the website stuck or crash. Pricing-wise I'm not sure because I'm just a user, not the one who makes purchase decisions. Onboarding is simple. No training needed and it is easy to use. There are even AI features to help with writing recognition, which is great. ROI is good as it improves team recognition and saves money internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

The only downside seems to be its points-product model. Employees receive a certain amount of points which they can use to redeem for products. But it's hard to tell how much money those points are worth and the items in their store are always overpriced. Guess that's how they make money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
