## Workhuman Social Recognition Reviews
  ### 1. Fosters a Culture of Appreciation and Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahesh A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like Workhuman Social Recognition for its ability to make employee recognition meaningful and visible across the organization. It's easy to use, encourages appreciation among colleagues, and highlights employees who exceed expectations and contribute to team success. The rewards and recognition features create a motivating and positive work environment. I find the platform user-friendly, with an easy and straightforward setup process that makes it simple to start recognizing colleagues and engaging with the recognition and reward features. The visibility and recognition features ensure employee achievements are acknowledged across the organization, helping them feel appreciated and boosting motivation.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I would find it helpful to have better project-level visibility for recognitions. A feature to easily view awards and recognitions received by employees within a specific project or team would really improve the user experience. Also, adding more gift cards and reward options would be helpful.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to make employee efforts visible, boosting morale and encouraging continuous improvement. It solves the problem of unnoticed contributions by recognizing exceptional work and aligning with company values, creating a motivating culture of appreciation.

  ### 2. Great for Spontaneous Recognition, but lack of discounted product offerings and no Cash Card bad

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Primarily, the ability to provide incentives (unplanned and spontaneous) for recognition and rewards that are outside the normal scope of Salary / Bonus structure. Is it the best incentive provider? No, but it's not the worst either. The most popular part of our previous program was the ability to cash out rewards with Visa cash cards. This is not feasible with WorkHuman.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Oh, the loss of the direct Cash (visa Cash card) rewards. The products are nice, but lets be honest here Gift cards and Cash are the way of the happy employee. We don't want air fryers at MSRP, we want gift cards to go buyt it for an actual discount with a real store.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving a lack of direct employee to employee feedback with incentive rewards. It provides a UI where people might otherwise avoid the direct interaction because its awkward.

  ### 3. Elevates Employee Engagement & Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mayur a. | Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like how Workhuman Social Recognition promotes a culture of appreciation and employee engagement within our organization. It allows for real-time, peer-to-peer recognition, making appreciation visible, timely, and meaningful across the organization. This creates a culture where employees feel valued and acknowledged constantly. The social feed is great for creating a sense of community, keeping everyone informed about achievements. Rewards integration adds motivation by pairing recognition with meaningful rewards. The platform is easy to adopt on all devices, including laptops, phones, and tablets. I also value the data and insights it provides.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

recognition fatigue from frequent posts on social feed, and customization limitations with a need for more flexibility in customizing recognitions.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to improve appreciation culture and engagement. It solves low recognition and engagement issues, making contributions visible. I like its real-time, peer-to-peer recognition, social feed, and rewards integration, which motivate and create a sense of community.

  ### 4. Boosts Workplace Morale with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like using Bravos because it feels encouraging whenever I receive a Bravo. It's always exciting to get a bravo; it makes me feel like I'm doing a good job and being seen and valued in the workplace. It’s also really easy to get started and create an account on Workhuman Social Recognition. I love how simple it is to find colleagues on the platform by just searching their name. That's super helpful, especially since I can also see what area they work in and who their manager is, ensuring I send my Bravo to the right person.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don't really like that we have to put a title on our bravo. I think we should just be able to say the good things and not really have to come up with a title because that's where I struggle the most. I also feel like there could be more categories for recognition. We don't really engage with the point system in Bravo, so we don't get anything when we receive a Bravo. It just looks good, on our behalf. So we don't really do anything with the point system, so that's not really useful to us. Or, like, the diamonds, the different gems, that's not really useful to us.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to encourage colleagues and recognize good work, which boosts morale.

  ### 5. Effortless Employee Recognition with Guided Celebrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for internal employee recognition. I like the questionnaire before logging a recognition that helps guide me on how much celebration to give my colleague. It allows me to categorize the effort involved in the achievement and determines the size of the reward based on the impact. This feature makes identifying the size of the reward easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find it distracting when I'm encouraged to share a reward story like what I purchased with my recognition points, and these stories are shared among other recognition feedback.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition provides an easy way to congratulate colleagues and celebrate wins. The questionnaire guides me in identifying the effort and impact, helping determine the recognition size, making it easy to choose the reward.

  ### 6. Effortless Recognition, Enhanced Workplace Morale

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey . | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I love using Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize my fellow coworkers. It really gives everyone an opportunity to recognize each other and feel appreciated for their hard work, avoiding the lengthy process of going through upper management. This platform supports peer-to-peer recognition, which allows those who truly see the impact of work on the floor to recognize others, creating a more positive atmosphere in the workplace. I enjoy that it provides a unique perspective, as people who observe the impact can directly appreciate their colleagues. Additionally, the setup was insanely easy, making it convenient to get started with rewarding someone.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think there is a little bit of confusion with the point system and how to use it.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize coworkers, creating a positive workplace atmosphere. It allows peer-to-peer recognition, circumventing management chains, ensuring efforts are noticed. People feel acknowledged for their hard work by those directly impacted, rather than waiting for upper management.

  ### 7. Empowers Employee Morale with Effortless Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nithin B. | Associate Quality Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition allows me to redeem performance points easily and appreciate others, fostering teamwork. The multiple options for purchasing products and gift cards are helpful and motivating. I find that comments from recognition make me feel happy, valued, and motivated to work more as they support the team in improving themselves. Additionally, the platform's ease of use is great, as I just log in and have all the information handy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It can be improved by adding more product options and some redemption processes could be simpler for the Indian region by adding UPI and other methods.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to redeem performance points, appreciate teamwork, and motivate others with rewards like gift cards. Comments from recognitions make me feel happy and valued, supporting team improvement.

  ### 8. Empowering Recognition with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really appreciate the Bravo points in Workhuman Social Recognition. They not only acknowledge my efforts when I go above and beyond, but also reward me, which feels great in a large company like mine. This recognition motivates me to push myself harder because I know my hard work will not go unnoticed. It also gives me a sense of individualism, allowing me to stand out. I think public recognition is also a valuable aspect.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I have issues with the Bravo economy. Some items are more cost-effective than others. For example, the Yorkdale gift card is most cost-effective compared to other items. These items are also available at Yorkdale, meaning there's no point in using your Bravo points on them. They should be equal to or less than the Yorkdale card, ideally less because it is more specific.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel recognized for my hard work in a large company through Workhuman Social Recognition, which motivates me to excel. It allows me to stand out, providing a sense of individualism and rewarding me for going beyond expectations.

  ### 9. Wide Gift Card Selection, Easy-to-Navigate UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

All the gift cards , they offer wide verity of selection to choose from. can be used for many orgs if the person doesnt like their store.
the UI makes it easy to navigate to needed findings.
Pricing for gift cards worth it and not extra costings.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The only thing I havent liked is that the store prices for things directly is too high and needs remodiciation maybe, some of the things are overvalued .

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its offering great numbers of options to integrate with other tools and has great performance metrics when it comes to loading scaled lists of things for the UI.

the onboarding and supports also nice and quick to reply to, have never got any response in delay.

  ### 10. User-Friendly Recognition That Boosts Morale, with Room for Better Search & Notifications

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I like most about Workhuman Social Recognition is how easy it makes it to recognize and appreciate colleagues for their contributions in a visible, meaningful way. It supports a culture of appreciation, helps boost employee morale, and encourages collaboration across teams. I also find the platform user-friendly, and the timely recognition it enables helps employees feel genuinely valued and motivated.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There isn’t much to dislike overall, but the usability would improve with stronger search capabilities and more personalized notification settings.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition addresses the issue of employee contributions going unnoticed. By making recognition more visible and easy to access, it helps employees feel appreciated, lifts morale, and supports a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

  ### 11. Transformative Peer Recognition with Easy Rewards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anusha A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I appreciate how Workhuman Social Recognition has helped facilitate peer-to-peer reviews and recognize people in the organization. I find the interface to be good and helpful in both giving and collecting rewards and points, making recognition for hard work feel tangible. I love that we can choose the gift or item we actually need rather than receiving something unnecessary. The gift cards offered are the best option, and the current options are also good. I found the initial setup to be easy, which is always a plus.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find that the points might not always be fully usable. It would be nice if each gift card had smaller values to make managing points easier.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition facilitates peer-to-peer reviews and recognition within the organization. It's user-friendly for rewarding and redeeming points, like choosing gifts we need. However, it can be hard to fully use all the points, though gift cards are a good option.

  ### 12. Strong, Centralized Recognition Program With Room to Grow

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor S. | Material Attendant II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The visibility and incentive to voice appreciation. Workhuman makes recognition public, timely, and meaningful, which helps reinforce positive behaviors and contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed. The platform encourages peer-to-peer recognition and helps build a culture where appreciation is normalized rather than occasional.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One drawback is that some of the recognition criteria and questionnaire language seem geared more toward salaried roles. Examples such as leading meetings or committees, or escalating customer concerns, don’t always reflect the most impactful contributions made by hourly or frontline employees. This can create a compounding effect in which higher-paid roles are more likely to qualify for higher-point recognition, reinforcing a perception of stratification rather than broad-based inclusion across the workforce.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman helps solve the problem of fragmented recognition by creating a one-stop platform for career milestones, bonuses, and peer-to-peer appreciation. Instead of recognition being spread across emails, spreadsheets, or informal processes, everything lives in a single, visible system. The points-based structure also simplifies redemption, making rewards easier to understand, track, and use, which increases participation and ensures recognition feels tangible rather than symbolic.

  ### 13. Effective Global Recognition, Needs Better Gift / Reporting Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that it allows points to be converted to items that you can use. In my company, it's a single platform for almost all colleagues around the world, making it easier to recognize good work for a globally dispersed team like mine. The points system is beneficial, as it gives colleagues something tangible beyond just words.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It's not as easy to filter for reward gifts as they are not very well categorized. Also, it has almost non-existent export function. If you wanted to export feedback that you have given or that your team members have received, it is not possible. We get individual emails, but if you wanted to see everything that has come through, that's challenging. My company integrates it into Workday, which is kind of useful, but it's truncated, so you only see a percentage of it.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to consolidate recognition into one place, provide colleagues with points for tangible rewards, and maintain a single platform for global recognition.

  ### 14. Lots of Reward Choices with a Solid Rate of Return

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reese M. | Shift Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I liked that I could get something in return for working hard, they had lots of choices and an alright rate of return

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

while the point values were good, they could be better and more options for fashion

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves my problems of feeling like I haven't been recognized

  ### 15. Facilitate Recognition, but Requires Improvements in Recommendations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like the way Workhuman Social Recognition provides inspiration points for doing exceptional work. I appreciate how easy it is to redeem and make requests for others. Also, I like the clean way the platform is organized.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I believe the way the page is managed is problematic because it often gives higher recommendations than it should, based on what we input. I would like there to be an AI system that reads the requests and offers a better recommendation on how many points I can assign to people. It would also be useful to get a justification as to why certain points cannot be awarded to someone.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

  ### 16. Motivates and Enhances Team Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bharath B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition keeps me motivated, especially because there are rewards for people. I appreciate seeing what my colleagues are doing and their achievements, as it gives me a holistic view of the organization. This visibility into their recognitions and projects encourages me more in various ways. For instance, when I see people getting appreciated for work related to my area, it sparks my curiosity and pushes me to explore and do more. Additionally, when colleagues get records for their fitness and other accomplishments, it inspires me to push my boundaries as well. It was also straightforward during the initial setup.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Nothing

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition keeps me motivated with rewards and feedback, tracks my recognition program, and lets me see colleagues' achievements, which pushes me to improve.

  ### 17. Effortless Recognition with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize colleagues and other workers for their additional efforts and beyond. I like that it allows me to personally initiate recognition. It works well for tracking and seeing what I've initiated, and I appreciate having the option to keep this private if I wish. Additionally, the initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I would like to see in advance the years of service recognition one receives. As of now, I believe you have to wait two weeks to see it. Possibility to see it at least 4 weeks in advance.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to appreciate colleagues' efforts and manage recognition personally. It's useful for tracking initiated recognitions and offers privacy options.

  ### 18. Empowering Employee Recognition with Flexibility and Choice

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neelam J. | IT Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think Workhuman Social Recognition gives a wide variety of choices for employees to select from, especially with the coupons I've seen. Instead of directly going to a site and picking something up, I can make a choice of my own and either go to a showroom or shop to get something of my choice. It's an advantage to have both options available—buying online versus going in-person. It's also an online platform that's pretty easy to use without any difficulty. You have a wide range of choices, and you can go with that for recognition. Providing recognition to someone and getting the details on rewards is quite detailed and the information is sufficient. I think it's a good tool, especially with the rewards and Inspire points. Instead of dealing with the tax part, you are getting points, which is good. Not really cash, but in the form of cash, so it's beneficial for any organization willing to implement it.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think there's one part which I actually have even communicated to one of you. The person from Workhuman when I was speaking to them. It's, when they give the certificates, right, the reward certificates, like, I want to buy, something from Max or Lifestyle or something, the expiry was not mentioned at all. But the moment when I walk into the showroom and actually, they will they mentioned that, you know, it's already expired, and you can't use it. So that that was not mentioned in when the mail was delivered to me. So I would make give a recommendation that we need to have that expiry option properly mentioned so that employee knows he or she has to use a coupon prior to that date. Instead, you know, going ending up, you know, not getting it. Getting the benefit. Right? That's one thing what I have seen, gap We should improve on that.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition organizes rewards for employees and provides a variety of choices, such as coupons and other options. This setup helps employees get benefits without dealing with tax and offers flexibility in how rewards are used.

  ### 19. Fosters Gratitude and Team Trust

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renci M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I appreciate Workhuman Social Recognition for the appreciation and gratitude it shows, which helps reduce barriers by providing applause for the extra work we do. It builds trust among us and provides encouragement. I love how it makes me feel great when I appreciate someone or get appreciated myself. It's also great because it has a lot of options, which I find really useful.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The approval process required to validate the work and time spent can be cumbersome. It would be better if, at least quarterly, we could appreciate two peers without needing approval. This would make it easier for someone who wants to recognize a colleague without any hesitation.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to express gratitude, build trust, and encourage my team, making our work environment easier and more supportive.

  ### 20. Enhancing Workplace Culture Through Recognition

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek K. | Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

What I like most is how it promotes a culture of appreciation by enabling peer-to-peer recognition, making employees feel valued and connected.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

One area for improvement could be ensuring that recognition is consistently used across all teams, as sometimes participation levels can vary.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition solves the common problem of employees feeling undervalued or unnoticed. It provides a platform for timely and visible recognition, which helps improve morale and encourages positive behavior. For me, this is beneficial because it creates a more motivating work environment where efforts are acknowledged, boosting engagement and a sense of belonging.

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Being able to easily redeem rewards and rewarding my colleagues for helping out to do the same!

That sometimes my manager won't give the right amount of points I initially wanted to grant to my coworker. And delay in receiving bravo points as it needs manage approval

Solving the need to recognize hard work and teamwork. By doing these i can get gift cards and rewards

  ### 22. Simplifies Recognition with Points, Needs Reward Options

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ara M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I appreciate that Workhuman Social Recognition reduces the complexity of employee recognition and makes it easier for us to acknowledge achievements. I like how it uses points instead of dollars, which makes recognizing coworkers more comfortable since talking about money can sometimes be awkward. It's incentivizing without the need to directly discuss monetary rewards, which I find beneficial. Also, the initial setup was very easy as it was already integrated with our SSO system.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think sometimes the options can be limited when I want to redeem my rewards. I guess I would like to see more options to use the points for travel-related expenses. I know an Experiences section was added, but whenever I wanted to book a trip with points, the conversion was either so high or I could not find my preferred hotel/flight.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition reduces the complexity of recognizing achievements related to our core values and uses points instead of money, making recognitions easy and comfortable.

  ### 24. Easy to Use with Great Recognition Features

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neroosen S. | Tax Expert, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I find Workhuman Social Recognition easy and simple to use. It's great for helping to celebrate and recognize coworkers, which is really important to me. I also appreciate that it's easy to review all other recognition within the platform, and I love the variety of gift cards available. Another thing I like is how it's easy to recognize the tool when switching from Slack.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find the integration with our email and internal platforms lacking. It would be great if it could integrate with other internal platforms to order goods more easily.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to easily celebrate and recognize co-workers and friends.

  ### 25. Simple, Quick Feedback That Boosts Morale and Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Workhuman provides a simple and quick way to provide feedback but most importantly to boost morale. The options available on the site are useful and are good enough to actively encourage people to try and earn them. As a result, I would say that the system definitely creates and encourages people to perform.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I think the fixed level of rewards is somewhat awkward and there is not always an appropriate level of reward available. I also think sometimes the thankyous are not received as well, and there may be a system that results in a monetary/points reward if people rack up a certain number of Thankyous.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system opens up a genuine way of rewarding and recognising colleagues that goes beyond a written response. This actively encourages people to go above and beyond and can acts as specific rewards to tasks which encourages teams/individuals to actively engage. For example, company wide surveys/tasks/form filling can be mundane and a lot of the time can result in disingenuous or lazy responses, whereas when employees know there is potentially points on offer you can get valuable responses. This means the actions we put in place are going to be useful and actually have a genuine impact on our teams.

  ### 26. Empowers Recognition, Fosters Engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven M. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really like how intentional and human the recognition feels on Workhuman Social Recognition, making it more than just transactions. The platform makes appreciation highly visible through the social feed, which makes it feel shared and celebrated across the organization. I also appreciate that the recognition is tied directly to company values. It reinforces the values that our company aims to promote, and helps employees understand how their work contributes to the bigger picture.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

While the social feed is a great aspect, it can also become crowded at times. More robust filtering or personalization options, such as prioritizing recognition from direct teams or managers, would help to make it easier to find the most relevant content and celebrate recognition from your closest peers.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to celebrate achievements meaningfully, ensuring timely, visible appreciation aligned with company values. It boosts morale, enhances engagement, and drives social connections through inclusive, real-time recognition.

  ### 27. Easy Point-to-Gift Card Conversion and Shopping

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use it for converting points into gift cards, and also for shopping.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There isn’t anything specific. I think it’s about the products in the shopping cart.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After one year, my points were expiring, but after I contacted them, they resolved the issue.

  ### 28. Empowering Recognition, but Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daff C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like that Workhuman Social Recognition is flexible, as the points received can be used immediately, saved and accrued for a larger purchase, or even transferred as credit for gift cards or experiences in the shop. The recognition platform is hugely appreciated by colleagues because everyone is empowered to nominate others for awards, bringing more valuable and real rewards for their contributions. It also provides consistency of awarding, especially for cross-functional teams or those across multiple countries, taking into account local guidelines.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

There are a few gripes, which can be improved. Some prices are quite high in the online shop. The cap for receiving points is too low. When nominating multiple people, where some people have met their cap and some haven't, there is no flexibility to allow variable points gifting.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition provides a consistent way to recognize positive contributions across teams, empowering colleagues to nominate others, and offers flexible options for redeeming recognition points.

  ### 29. Beautiful Interface, but Rewards Store Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush G. | Software engineer 1, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The interface is very pleasant and does a great job of displaying the team's recent recognition. Even though the company is quite large, it still highlights the people I work with, which I appreciate. The color scheme is also very appealing and adds to the overall aesthetic.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

When it comes to redeeming the awards, I find the store provided is not suitable for me. The prices are very high, and there is no way to see the quality of the products, such as through customer reviews.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform addresses the challenge of bringing company employees together by providing a space where they can be recognized across various parameters. It effectively facilitates integration and acknowledgment within the organization.

  ### 30. Decent UI, But Recognition Glitches Frustrate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arindam M.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition for recognizing the work of colleagues. I find that it makes it easier to bring visibility to everyone in the team and helps build a stronger team bond and a culture of recognition. I like the good options and the decent UI it offers. I also value the recognition feature and the ability to shop using one's point balance. The initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I have been trying to place recognitions for the last 3 days and they haven't gone through. The error message is 'Something went wrong,' and no more details. It is frustrating.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to make it easier to bring visibility to everyone in the team and help build a stronger team bond and a culture of recognition.

  ### 31. Comprehensive, Specific Recognition—But Time-Consuming to Complete

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It is comprehensive in what the recognition is for and what the ultimate reward is. It drills down to specifics.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It takes a significant amount of time to click through and answer all the questions required to recognize someone, whether I’m giving a reward or simply sending a thank-you.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s encouraging for my overall performance, and the rewards are okay.

  ### 32. Effortless Employee Recognition That Truly Values Contributions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Easy to recognize employees, peers or stand out players and show that they bring value to the team along with their contributions being noticed. Can be used at any time when an employee or group stands out and directly impacts work force relations. Easily integrated and implemented with employees in mind. Able to recognize and use at any point, when just saying thank you isn't enough.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Only downside to the social recognition is some people would rather remain behind the scenes and although you're able to send the achievements or recognition directly to the people involved, the approval and company process still tends to highlight someone who might otherwise not want the attention for going above and beyond their regular job duties. Awards and redeeming can also be quite expensive, which is the main complaint.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping recognize contributions that are normally outside the scope of daily job functions and the employees that contribute to continued support and success. Employees enjoy the recognition and feel appreciated when they're able to get more than just a pat on the back and the run of the mill "Good Job".

  ### 33. Effortless Recognition with Social Media Vibes

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robyn A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to recognize extra effort from my colleagues and managers. I like how it provides a central place for everyone to see recognition, almost like a social media platform. I appreciate how easy it is to use, and the initial setup was easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It can be confusing on how much we are able to do for managers, like if we are allowed.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition as a central place to recognize extra effort from colleagues and managers, making it easy for everyone to see recognition, like a social media platform.

  ### 34. Boosts Morale with Seamless Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charan G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like how Workhuman Social Recognition helps in rightly awarding candidate work on projects, appreciation and improves morale and confidence. It builds a good ecosystem of employees appreciating each other and giving feedback. I also enjoy redeeming the points to get something that reminds me of the work I have been involved in.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I don't have any

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition helps in rightly awarding work on projects, improving morale and confidence, while fostering an ecosystem where employees appreciate each other and give feedback.

  ### 35. A Great Way to Publicly Recognize Coworkers’ Accomplishments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kausar C. | Group policy servicing administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really enjoy being able to praise my coworkers in a public platform so their accomplishments can be seen by all

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I dislike that a manager has to approve my recognition of someone else as if my opinion holds no weight

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows an anonymous and incentivisable method to recognise and motivate others

  ### 36. Easy, Efficient Coworker Recognition and Visibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drafneer . | Repack associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It’s easy and efficient to acknowledge my fellow coworkers and recognize their successes, and I also like being able to see what they’ve achieved.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It’s frustrating that, as a coworker, I’m not able to award my fellow coworkers what they deserve, even if it’s only a small amount.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other than making support easier to reach and more helpful, nothing else comes to mind.

  ### 37. Quick and Easy Way to Share Positive Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It's great that you can easily and quickly leave positive comments for a colleague

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It can be face less - often nice to receive feedback face to face

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guess it helps to boost colleagues - keep morale high

  ### 38. Fosters Employee Recognition, Needs Consistency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anupriya S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like the strong sense of shared mission with Workhuman Social Recognition, and another draw for me is the human connection it fosters. I also appreciate the variety and adaptability it offers, and I found the initial setup to be quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Ironically, even though the work is people-centered, acknowledgment can be inconsistent. Quiet contributors or behind-the-scenes roles often get overlooked, which affects motivation over time.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tackles motivational drift and helps address belonging and social safety. It boosts career visibility, ensuring meaningful work feels recognized and visible.

  ### 39. Effortless Recognition, Confusing Redeem Process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie I. | Senior Event Manager

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like the selection of gift cards offered by Workhuman Social Recognition because it ensures that everyone can find something that works for them and creates a tailored experience for the beneficiaries. The initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The withdrawal process is a bit confusing. I wish it were more straightforward, such as only sending one email with the gift card.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition helps me in rewarding team members for the work they accomplish.

  ### 40. Connects Teams, Celebrates Achievements Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody A. | Vice President/General Manager

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I really appreciate using Workhuman Social Recognition for company service celebrations and many other accomplishments. I like that it reaches more than just local colleagues, allowing additional sites to comment and celebrate our wins. The reminders leading up to an anniversary are really helpful, providing that additional reminder when it's needed. I also find the format when printing awards to be quite good. The initial setup was very easy, which was a nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I feel that the AI for pictures and assisting with quotes and responses could be improved. It would be helpful if there was a feature to provide a picture for the celebrations and also a pre-typed response for specific celebrations.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to connect with colleagues globally for celebrations, providing reminders for anniversaries and a format for printing awards.

  ### 41. Meaningful Recognition That Goes Beyond a Pat on the Back

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I appreciate being able to offer more thanks than a figurative pat on the back, and I likewise appreciate when others recognize the work that I do,

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I would like to know how the various selections contribute to the size of the reward that is suggested. I sometimes find the suggested amount is out of line with what I want to offer based on the work that has been completed.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing an alternate structure for recognition of hard work outside of the normal remuneration process, which is useful for recognizing people outside of my direct reports when they have been extremely helpful and have gone above and beyond in assisting me and my team.

  ### 42. Motivation Boost with Flexible Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I like the different choices of awards, like those for collaboration and safety, which make it personal and align to the achievements made by certain individuals. I also appreciate the option to choose to add points or not. The initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was easy.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The choice of products maybe.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to counter de-motivation by receiving awards for achievements beyond expectations. The option to personalize awards aligns with individual accomplishments.

  ### 43. Convenient Employee Recognition with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stan B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition incredibly valuable for acknowledging and recognizing employees in my company who have gone above and beyond their expected duties. I appreciate the convenience it offers in facilitating these recognitions. One of my favorite aspects is the ability to reward anyone in the company who has supported me personally on any business initiative, making the recognition feel more personal and impactful. Additionally, I like how the level of the award can be tailored based on the effort and results achieved, ensuring that the recognition is proportionate and meaningful. The initial setup of Workhuman Social Recognition was also very easy, making it accessible and simple to get started with the product.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find the process of determining the right level of award in Workhuman Social Recognition challenging due to the excessive number of questions involved.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to conveniently recognize and reward employees for exceeding their duties, enhancing appreciation within the company.

  ### 44. Easy Recognition and Gift Card Redemptions, Though Points Feel Inflated

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The 'heart award' system at our company is useful in recognizing individuals who have helped out my team. It is easy to input their name and accomplishment, as well as redeeming points for gift cards.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

The point system is really inflated. The 'best deal' is never to redeem points for items. In order to make the points go further, I always get gift cards.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to recognize coworkers who have gone above their role to help. Everyone appreciates it.

  ### 45. Easy-to-Use Rewards Recognition and Redemption

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It’s easy to use for recognizing and redeeming rewards.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Review from approvers, and guidance on how to navigate the approver process.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with solving recognition issues and benefits me by boosting morale in the workplace.

  ### 46. Great for Recognition, But redeeming experiences is rough.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It's a nice system for reading about achievements of people within the company and to feel recognised and the option to receive gift card is great. It is easy to navigate generally and the system for recognising people works well. When I contacted customer services to check points these were very quickly reinstated which took the stress out. It's something I look at often to see if the sales have changed and it's easy to access on my work account.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It always recommends a thank you over anything else and the categories for contributions don't feel appropriate (for example, people can go above and beyond without it affecting the whole team and this is worth more then a thank you). The section for experience is very poorly implemented, it is impossible to refine searches based on what you are interested in and see what is available without picking a specific date. A shame as I would like to use this more.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows recognition to be meaningful within the team and for wider colleagues.

  ### 47. Experience with This Software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Semiconductors | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Using this software can be helpful to recognize my coworkers efforts. The upside is increasing employee engagement and celebrating the top performers.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

Least helpful thing about using Workhuman is that employees start to think they will help only if they receive recognition (points).

The downside of using this software is that once you submit the person you wish to recognize, it must go through management first to be accepted. In the past, I have received a denial message, stating admin did not approve my request for that particular employee. This can come across as bias, if management has issues with that employee.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can solve the awkwardness that can happen at work when people don't know each other or feel that they are not appreciated at work. Not necessarily benefits me, but I enjoy using this software to show that I do appreciate someone who goes out of their way, to do the little extra, and provide support.

  ### 48. Easy Peer Recognition That Boosts Motivation and Celebrates Achievements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VISHAL C. | AIRPORT MANAGER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

It gives the team and you an opportunity to highlight achievements and motivation to colleagues to recognize peers at the press of a button. A very easy to use interface, with great implementation. Features include reminders for life events, increasing the frequency of use

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I haven’t interacted with any colleagues from customer support so far, but having a chat box for troubleshooting would be a nice addition in case any issues come up.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reward and recognition, colleague collaboration, and peer engagement.

  ### 49. Empowers Recognition, Needs Better Gift Card Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** June L.

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I appreciate Workhuman Social Recognition for including a monetary award in my company, which adds significant value and motivation. The ability to take the time to write a personal message enhances the act of recognition, making it more meaningful and personalized. Additionally, the option to select badges that align with Amgen’s core values is invaluable as it allows for recognition that is not only personal but also reflective of the company culture. Workhuman Social Recognition serves as the only platform within Amgen that enables me to perform these important acknowledgment tasks. Furthermore, the setup process was straightforward; I didn't need to submit any tickets or visit any help pages, which made the initial experience hassle-free. These features collectively make Workhuman Social Recognition a compelling tool that significantly adds to the workplace appreciation dynamics.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find it challenging to locate certain gift cards, specifically Amazon gift cards, as they do not easily appear in the search results. This makes the process of purchasing gift cards more cumbersome than it should be.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workhuman Social Recognition allows me to acknowledge team contributions publicly or privately, including a monetary award, writing messages, and selecting badges aligned with company values.

  ### 50. Seamless Feedback Sharing and Recognition

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** amber w.

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find Workhuman Social Recognition incredibly valuable due to its ease of use, making it simple for our team to identify and celebrate each other’s accomplishments through its intuitive platform. It stands out as an effective tool for showcasing standout performers, helping foster a positive team dynamic and making individual successes visible to the entire group. I deeply appreciate the 'Stellar Points' feature and the platform's capability to share feedback, which significantly enriches our feedback culture and encourages continual peer recognition. The initial setup process was quite smooth, which made my transition to using the system much more manageable. Altogether, these features make Workhuman Social Recognition an essential part of our team’s workflow, as seen by how seamlessly it integrates with our needs for recognizing contributions.

**What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?**

I find it challenging to easily share feedback with team members who are outside of my direct group. This limitation makes it difficult to ensure recognition and feedback reach all intended parties across different teams.

**What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workhuman Social Recognition to share feedback with my team, which is easy to use and highlights team achievements, enhancing team visibility into standout performances.
