"A transformative way to recognise colleagues"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

Workhuman Social Recognition (Bravo) has truly revolutionised the way I celebrate and appreciate my colleagues and their contributions.

The intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to recognise and reward team members for their hard work and achievements. Whether it’s a simple thank you or a more substantial reward, the platform ensures that every gesture feels meaningful, personalised, and impactful. The ability to share these recognitions across the organization fosters a sense of community and belonging that is simply unmatched.

From experience, receiving a Bravo is one of the best ways to start my work day, and I am sure my colleagues feel the same. I use the platform all the time to tangibly show my appreciation.

Bravo is also integrated with our systems allowing for seamless implementation and use.

Bravo's customer support is also responsive in the rare occassions their assistance had been required.

Bravo has not only boosted our team’s morale but also strengthened our organisational culture. It’s a must-have for any company looking to create a more connected and appreciative workplace. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

While the interface is intuitive, offering more customisation options could enhance user engagement, such as different views.

A Team Award option would also be a welcome addition.

Lastly, further integrations with our HR system would be a useful feature, to display the recognitions received as performance metrics and feedback are assessed.

Overall, Bravo is a powerful tool that has already made a significant positive impact. By addressing these areas, it could become even more effective in promoting a culture of appreciation and recognition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lacks Value Without Incentives"
What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

I dont like anything about the program / site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

Its not used consistantly. My Team Leads and Directors dont use it. I feel recognition is "emtpy" with not a lot of substance. It feels repetative at times. There is an extrovert bias with those employees that are naturally more social, vocal or visable tend to recieve more recogonition than our quite heros who do essentail work behind the scences. There is a clique culture where you see the same employees getting recognized over and over again. It feels like people are getting recognized soley for corporate optics then genuine gratitude. Recency bias with people recognizing what happened today or yesterday vs. those who are working long term grueling projects that take months to complete. Not everyone wants to be in the spotlight and this program doesnt seem designed to address those personalities. As such I have seen this program cause anxiety in employees rather then a reward.
