What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

Best part of Visual studio Code is it is light weight and easy to use. Its multiple project handling is also the best part which make it more worthy to use. We can make any projects and in any language and framework. Its color frequencies for different functions is also the beast of this editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like to code in VS Code because VS code has everything in one place. VS Code provides many languages tool like python, ruby, c++, java, JavaScript, and many popular languages. VS Code is not limited to only Microsoft stack, it provides everything you want. it has all languages extension if talk or compare with other IDE's like Atom or Sublime. VS Code also provides a terminal for testing purpose which mostly help in debugging. User Interface is also very impressive of VS Code and the Speed of VS Code is also good. What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

VS Code is a very powerful Editor. It does not have many downsides but every application has downsides also. It takes a long time to launch the application compare to others. It is too heavy IDE compare to sublime Editor. VS Code gets a lot of updates everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome software"
What do you like best about Visual Studio Code?

It has a lot of extensions that I can use for various things, such as formatting the code, sharing the code and also provides extensions for running different languages which makes it very easy for me to work on a single software instead of switching to different software. Also, the feature for sharing your code is awesome. It really helps me a lot of time. Also It has different themes which I can use according to my mood and as a developer I feel it is one of the best feature that visual studio code provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

I won't say I dislike this feature, but I find it very hard to learn all the shortcuts visual studio code provide also if it can provide inbuilt compilers for running the code it would be more easier t work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visual Studio Code is getting better after updates. The design is very nice. I am using Blakai as the theme. You can work simultaneously. Its integration with GIT is very successful. It shows the changes. Changed rows, deleted rows, newly added rows, updated date, updated person etc. you can see them all. It opens files fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Visual Studio Code?

Managing so many plugins and configurations can be difficult. It can cause difficulties with CSS files. There are better editors for debugging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
