I personally love Viant Technology's UI because it's catered to traders specifically, making day-to-day optimizations and reporting much easier than other DSPs I've worked with. I love that I can see 'offline sales' within the campaign build and make adjustments automatically, which prevents me from having to pull various reports and open Advanced Reporting tools. The ease of campaign builds and optimization in-platform makes Viant my preferred DSP. The lack of planning tools and the forecasting tool never seems to be accurate. It would help to have competitor insights available, even if it just encompassed Managed Service data across industry verticals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate Viant Technology's attribution capabilities. Their household identity graph is very comprehensive, tying a ton of online and offline conversions back to ad exposure, making it feel like the most complete attribution technology out there in programmatic media. I also find their costs to be reasonable, especially compared to competitors, while still providing strong performance. I’ve experienced a few DSP issues. For example, it takes longer to download reports or make granular changes compared to other DSPs. I use Viant Technology to implement programmatic campaigns and I appreciate that it always offers optimizations to improve these campaigns. I like its strong CTV campaigns that target users at the household level, aligning better with how people actually consume streaming content. The platform's people-based identity feature, specifically Household ID, and its stronger CTV capabilities are major benefits for complementing our needs. I like the ability to see measured and incremental conversions on the platform, with the easy ability to navigate to the metrics/studies you want. I enjoy seeing all of our metrics listed for our campaigns, their flight dates, what networks we ran on, etc. It allows one space to manage all of our CTV campaigns, saving us time.
