There was a mistake in the campaigns that were ran (geo was incorrect). We had to go through and check each campaign individually after that to ensure the correct geo. With managed service you're also unable to view the landing page for your ads, so we had to rely on them to say where it was directing to. **What problems is Viant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Adelphic managed service has been much more work than we anticipated, considering with most managed services, it is set it and forget it. ### 16. I don't find other aspects were i see that Adelphic is better than other DSP's. **What do you dislike about Viant Technology?** I actually don´t know why, but in reporting, when i select certain metrics, others get blocked, and then maybe all metrics became locked too. We have not had delivery issues and use pretty granular targeting such as zip codes + audience The inventory forecasting tool has proved useful when formulating strategy plans and estimates **What do you dislike about Viant Technology?** Their level of support on our account was below par for the industry. Synching deals with audiences at a network level was difficult to implement as the audience needed adding on an advertiser by advertiser basis. The CPMs we see on these curated inventory sources are on the high side compared to another DSP we are testing with Line items set with even pacing have shown fluctuating delivery and it is been hard to control / limit the daily spends - we have found it hard to keep track and maintain multiple line items in the platform **What problems is Viant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run CBD/THC advertising for local providers where it is legal in the USA. Other DPSs do not accept this advertising, Adelphic was able to accept + provide curated inventory sources we could buy into ### 24. I often recommend that we use Adelphic over other DSP's because the support the team provides is unmatched. **What do you dislike about Viant Technology?** I don't love that you're not able to break out separate 3rd party fees in their own sections. We've had to consolidate CPM 3rd party fees into the one box allowed, which makes it a bit harder to distinguish. **What problems is Viant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** Honestly, we haven't encountered any major problems with Adelphic! The team is always super helpful and willing to explain anything that we may be confused about. ### 25. Forecasting reach is not helpful - in general the forecasting is not particularly reliable IMO. Learning to activate campaigns within the platform was not challenging or taxing. I have been able to implement digital out of home, display, streaming audio, and native campaigns in the platform, and was able to leverage a great deal of data and targeting options. Working in this platform has very few limitations. **What do you dislike about Viant Technology?** There is very little that I dislike as I am in the platform so often that it is almost second nature. A few minor issues - adjusting campaign pacing as requires modifying a daily frontload. In addition, there is frequency level reporting available to the non-admin user. **Recommendations to others considering Viant Technology:** N/A **What problems is Viant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to successfully activate a great deal of our digital campaigns within the platform. It's also refreshing to step out of the traditional walled garden space and work in a uniquely curated one. ### 33. Compared to other DSP's, Adelphic download super fas reports, also you have multiple template options for the most common metrics that we need for a better understanding, and for optimization. **What do you dislike about Viant Technology?** It isn't possible to create custom reports, as in other DSP's where you can select and customize all your metrics. The UI can be confusing between the campaigns and Line item levels because those look the same. When it comes to the targeting level the viewing space is really small so it makes it more difficult to look at and edit what you've already set. **What problems is Viant Technology solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at the moment. But client service is really good. Everyone is really nice and always willing to help with anything. Also the trainings for the DSP have been really helpul. ### 37. I do not like the line weighting feature. Within our orders we sometimes have hard budgets between lines and the line weighting system makes it hard to get these amounts exactly right.
