
Upland's Interfax is very straightforward to use. Typically, it only needs to be set up once, or when new users are added, and there is no need for ongoing monitoring. Users can easily send outbound faxes directly from their Outlook email by simply attaching a document. We have also configured inbound faxes to be delivered to distribution lists, which makes it fit seamlessly into our existing workflows. There is no need for users to log in to the cloud-based software at any point. Additionally, Upland's Account Executive and Support Team are always extremely helpful and responsive. They are able to provision a new fax line and user in less than an hour, which enables us to respond quickly to new business and operational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an admin, I found the online documentation to be somewhat basic at times. However, once you become familiar with the configuration process, managing the system becomes quite straightforward. One area I think could use improvement is the transaction history. Outbound Fax history is only kept for around 30 days, while inbound history is retained for a year.
