What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

Upland's Interfax is very straightforward to use. Typically, it only needs to be set up once, or when new users are added, and there is no need for ongoing monitoring. Users can easily send outbound faxes directly from their Outlook email by simply attaching a document. We have also configured inbound faxes to be delivered to distribution lists, which makes it fit seamlessly into our existing workflows. There is no need for users to log in to the cloud-based software at any point. Additionally, Upland's Account Executive and Support Team are always extremely helpful and responsive. They are able to provision a new fax line and user in less than an hour, which enables us to respond quickly to new business and operational needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

As an admin, I found the online documentation to be somewhat basic at times. However, once you become familiar with the configuration process, managing the system becomes quite straightforward. One area I think could use improvement is the transaction history. Outbound Fax history is only kept for around 30 days, while inbound history is retained for a year. If you need to reconcile your activity with invoices, it's important to export reports before the data is archived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

What I like most about Upland InterFAX is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The platform is well-organized, which makes navigating through features and managing documents simple and efficient. I especially appreciate the search function, which is not only easy to use but also very well-structured—allowing me to quickly locate specific faxes or details without wasting time.

Another feature I find incredibly useful is the ability to resend faxes that were previously sent within the past month. This saves a lot of effort when I need to follow up or resend documents without having to start from scratch. Additionally, I really value the option to download old faxes, which helps confirm exactly what was sent and when—offering a reliable record for tracking and reference.

Overall, InterFAX offers excellent communication tools, strong organizational features, and dependable access to past data, making it a valuable and user-friendly tool for managing fax communications efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

One aspect I find a bit inconvenient about Upland InterFAX is the requirement to format fax numbers in a very specific way. While I understand the need for standardization, it can sometimes slow down the process—especially when copying numbers from other documents or systems that use a different format. It would be helpful if the platform could recognize and adjust common formats automatically, or at least offer clearer formatting guidance at the point of entry. What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

We love the affordability of e-fax by Interfax. The interface is straightforward and easy to use. We like that you can either log on to the website to view the faxes or it sends and alert email notifying users you have a new fax. The interface is clear, simple and user friendly. the email intergration and bulk dowload batch on using daily basis, so this maste of all software, we can just login and downlaod the received items whenver we needed, and it dosn't require any installation specifc things, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I have used InterFAX for almost 20 years, I think. I do not fax regularly, and this is the only reliable service that had a pay-as-you-go fee schedule. Rather than paying monthly for a service that I used rarely, I could load money into my account and send faxes as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

I would like it if I could print a FAX report showing a successful transmission with a date/time stamp for my records. The table of outgoing faxes is not convincing to some clients who say they did not receive a fax I sent to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I really love how easy it is to use this service. I can send mutiple faxes at once and not have to wait for the line to be clear like in traditional faxing methods. Faxes come through quickly, saves on ink and paper and I also don't have to worry about faxes getting misplaced. I can easily track what is coming in, going out, what failed (due to poor fax number), etc. I use this every day, several times a day. Really a game changer!
