They always have a really good customer support and are very easy to work with when I need something or have a question. **What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?** We had some issues within the past year with quality of faxes and I know that it took a little bit from our support team to get it resolved. At on point our tenant got so bad that faxes sometimes took a whole day to come through. We notified the helpdesk only to put through a loop of tier 1 support about it for MONTHS. The support is not proactive and I would struggle to even call it reactive. **What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vfax vendors are very necessary in the medical field.
